Shanahan's has quickly become my favorite ice cream shop in the whole state! Their homemade ice cream is on another level, particularly their dark chocolate raspberry truffle. They also do custom flavors with advance notice! I recently worked with them to create two flavors honoring some beloved family recipes for a family reunion. All 3 were incredible. The soft serves were fruity and flavorful while still being creamy (not icy). The dark chocolate raspberry was incredible - you rarely find dark chocolate ice cream so it was a real treat and wonderfully down.
