Arby's — Restaurant in Sulphur Springs

Ordered the 2 for $6 off the menu with no alterations, just wanted a couple Classic Beef & Cheddar. The first guy acted like he didn't know what a Classic Beef & Cheddar even was, and then asked me what kind of combo I wanted, then had to go get his manager when I pointed straight at the board and said, "I want that." Order came up fast enough, but when I got it out to my truck, I found no napkins and no sauces. I don't have the energy to go back inside and get my napkins and sauces or tell the manager that his new guy needs to be trained and not just thrown to the wolves, so I'm dropping it all here in a one-star review. I mean no malice to the obvious new-hire that got me, but the manager couldn't even make eye contact with customers or staff and went through taking my order like it annoyed him probably could use a vacation to a line of work that doesn't involve...

It seams that every time Arby's tries something new they hit it right out of the ballpark. Tried their new hamburger sandwich last night. Oh man, it was one of the best burgers I ever had, very surprised how good it was for a fried burger.

The staff takes real pride in serving you the best freshest and hottest food. The Greek Gyros and Ruben sandwiches are among my favorites. Awesome chicken sandwiches as well. Best and most unique appetizers and very clean restaurant.

This is absolutely my favorite fast food place to eat and I never get tired of it because of the great variety. As a local truck driver I am very happy to eat here every night and know I will always get great quality food...

My wife and I stopped at the Arbys on Broadway street in Sulphur Springs, Tx. We ate inside. The shift manager was a girl named Tiffany, I have never been to a fast food place and been treated by a manager like we were treated by her. She was so sweet and her staff was the same way. she made sure we was well taken care of, the whole place was super clean inside and out. I realize this is a fairly new place, but it is still a fast food place.The floor was spotless, the tables were cleaned and wiped down as soon as someone left. I will recommend this place to everyone I know and I will certainly be a regular customer.. Thank you Tiffany...
