Los Rancheros Mexican Grill II — Restaurant in Sumiton

I absolutely love going into Los Rancheros, BUT I absolutely hate getting to go orders from them. This is the 3rd time I’ve order grilled chicken fajita quesadillas WITH cheese dip on top and they’ve left it off. I’ve paid for it all 3 times. I called and talked to Susan and told her this was my 3rd time not having cheese dip on top after ordering it that way and she said I could come get an order of cheese dip but they couldn’t make my order right and replace it. So I’m going to drive 30 minutes round trip to get 1 order of cheese dip then come back home and pour it over my cold food??!?!?!! i have spent a lot of money at this restaurant but NO more!! for the food to be just ‘okay’, this restaurant can’t afford to have an employee like chiao running good customers off! he got our order wrong THEN tried to twist it around and tell us that’s what we had ordered, uh NO sir, and he didn’t even try to bring us the right thing, he just listened to us talk about him, looked at us and ran & hid in the kitchen! we finally spoke to ‘the so called’ manager and he wasn’t much better to deal with! this place will never get another cent from me!!!! enjoy letting chiao run off all your good customers! the girl at the front desk was very sweet....

On the way home from a baby shower, we were hungry. Through Google, I found restaurants near me. This place was just 1.2 miles away. The reviews were good, and we do love some Mexican. Upon walking in, it wasn't very busy ( bad sign). The staff didn't seem overly friendly, but they weren't rude. Once seated, we were waited on immediately. The chips and salsa was great!!!!
