Customer service REALLY needs to under go a complete training course in what the 'true meaning ' of "Customer" service is... The last 3 visits I have been have such a bad experience the last being the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The customer service was so bad, placed my order at the drive through, drove up to the window to pay with an e gift card. They said I had to download an app to process it. So I did that then took the app and I downloaded inside to lay and get my food, they said their system didn't have the capability to scan my bar code because they did not upgrade their system when they rebuilt the new building. Something that was not my fault. I spent over an hour there jumping through their hoops downloading app after app. Finally after spending over an hour there , mind you (groceries in the car going bad, kids at home waiting hungry for food,) downloading the taco bell app and trying to place my order all over again their systems went down. the assistant manager would not compensate their lack of ability to process a card for payment that is their brand. When I asked the order be compensated she stated "we don't just give out free food" so when I asked for her superior, she wouldn't even give me her general managers name or contact information, she said she wasn't going to give out her personal contact information. WORST PLACE EVER. NEVER...
Read moreThis place was absolutely disgusting this Evening! Both sides of the assembly lines were filthy as can be. One side was so filthy they couldn't even use it. Food was all over the kitchen floor where orders were being made. Some workers were not wearing gloves! All the employees with the exception of one older female was too busy singing along to the radio n goofing off to get orders done in a timely manner. No wonder they scored an 86 rating ( I'm calling the health department first thing Monday Morning) it's unacceptable for this Taco Bell to be open in the condition that it was in. Even the dinning area needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Taco Bell must enjoy paying their workers to do the very bare minimum while on the clock. There was at least two employees who were standing with their hands in their pockets looking like lost sheep who could have been in charge of cleaning up the mega mess. Read moreWe went and got some food last night December 5th. The person who took order was nice and polite. When I got to the window, he took my money and gave me money back with no receipt. I pulled up to check my order, and it was wrong. It was missing two things that myself didn't get. We also got three extra things we didn't order! So I went in with the bag, and this young woman came up with brown hair, young looking. I kindly explained what had happened,. She told me, do you have your receipt? I said, no that gentleman never gave me one. She looked at me and said, well then I can not replace your ordered..I kindly told her I just came through drive thru and you saw me. She said sorry, company policy. So she made me walked out with out my food, I paid $25 for all it. I told my husband about it and he went in and this gentleman came to the counter and was kind and respectful and remade our order for us. I was so upset that this young woman was rude and just really didn't care about...
