The Jumping Bean isn’t just a coffee shop—it’s an experience. I rolled up to the drive-thru expecting a caffeine fix and left with a drink, a scone, and a full-blown comedy show.

The staff? Hilarious and sassy in the best way possible. One barista told me my outfit was “giving main character energy,” and honestly, I’ve been riding that high all day. Another one called me “coffee royalty” as they handed me my drink, and I’ve never felt so seen.

Now, let’s talk about the drinks. AMAZING. I took one sip and suddenly understood what happiness tastes like. Smooth, flavorful, and made with the kind of love that leaves you panting.

And the scones? Life-changing. I don’t know what kind of magic they put in them, but I’m convinced they’re baked with joy, butter, and maybe a pinch of wizardry.

Bottom line: If you’re not getting your coffee here, what are you even doing...

I visited on. Saturday around 11. The drive thru line was 6 cars deep. I waited a little bit then decided I’d park and go to the walk up line. That line was also busy but they were helping both sides. It was a bad decision because the car I was behind in line left well before I got to the front of the porch. As soon as I got to the front of the line on porch the worker had the audacity to tell me they were both going to be helping the drive thru line and they would be with me at some point. I left because I’m not waiting any longer as I would have already been gone had I waited in drive thru line. The helped everyone other customer in porch line except me. Leaves me to believe my business is not good...

I just moved to Summerfield in September 2023 and whenever I move to a new area, I always find a good coffee shop to frequent. The ladies at The Jumping Bean were honestly the first "friends" I made while being new to the area. After the 3rd or 4th time I stopped by, Haven knew my order. If Madison and/or Haven is working, they will sometimes have my exact order ready before I even get to the window if it isn't insanely busy. This is a staple in Summerfield and a place anyone must try at least once. The coffee is great, they have a lot of flavors, and the customer service is above and beyond.
