On 3/13/22 ordered pizza from here and kept Tracking it. Time said it was on the way. Mind you I am only about 10 mins at the most from this Papa Johns. Time tracking went back and forth about delivery time. It would go from 10 mins to 7 mins then 9 mins then 5 mins then 8 mins. Well needless to say when pizza arrived it was COLD! Imagine that. Called and complained and associate told me she would make a note and the next time we ordered pizza, they would give us the same order and it would be free. On 4/10/22 we decide to get our free pizza for dinner. Called and told associate who I was and what had happened. Read my order from 3/13/22 to him word for word and told him it was supposed to be free. He advised me we would get the pizza free but we would still have to pay the delivery which came to 4.48. I said. That’s fine. We got our pizza and they were both suppose to be square cut and the beef was not. It was regular cut. We were also suppose to get a choc chip cookie but we ended up with a brownie. I called back and asked To speak with the manager. He told me that he was the manager and that he took my order & he said that I did not tell him my beef pizza was suppose to be square cut. I also told him we were suppose to have gotten a cookie instead of a brownie. He proceeded to tell me that he would have a cookie brought out here bc he did remember me Saying that it was a cookie not a brownie. He kept Being argumentative and asked me if he brought me a cookie out here would we Be good. I said sure but I am planning to call Corporate. I told him I wasn’t gonna keep arguing with him bc it wasn’t worth it. Of course we NEVER received a cookie at all. I reiterated to him that I would be calling corporate and he told me to go ahead bc he knew what I said And what he heard. I told him I was and guess what, WE NEVER GOT A CHOC CHIP COOKIE. This is really sad that a manager argues with a customer in this Fashion. I will definitely think twice before I order pizza from here again. I dont appreciate being talked to like this from anyone especially when they are in a management position and a lot younger than me. Very disrespectful in my opinion. To be honest, I dont think he was really the manager but I have every intention Of calling the corporate office on Monday to let them know how customers are being treated , talked to and argued with by this...
Read moreI wish there was an option to give a 0 star rating. We called in an order tonight and were advised that it would be about a 40 min. wait for delivery. No problem at all with that. A hour and 15 min. later we called back to check on the order. We were told by Felicia (the shift manager) that they were waiting on the driver to get back to pick up some orders and that there were about 18 deliveries that needed to be made. My husband said, "so our food has been sitting there with 18 other deliveries"? He told her to just cancel the order. Her response, "you don't have to get an attitude with me because I'll block your number from ever ordering from here again" and then she hung up. We called back to the restaurant from my number and spoke with Cody who gave us the girl's name and said she was the manager on duty. We also got the store managers name (Tasha). Needless to say we will be having a chat with Tasha tomorrow. I understand that there is a shortage of employees in the workforce right now but just because you happen to have a job and obviously hate it does not give you a pass at displaying your horrible customer service attitude! Wrong pizza, so when I called the manger (Derick) he said I’m going to send you a new pizza, an hour later nothing came, my kids where hungry, I called back and Derick said; I’m waiting for door dash to pick it up…. To make the story short, I asked for my money since they didn’t have drivers but he wouldn’t refund me my money because my issue is with door dash according to Derick not papa johns….. don’t order from them and if you do use card not cash so in case you could stop the transaction…… I’m so disappointed of Papa Johns for hiring such managers, and also they lost my business for ever after spending at least few hundred dollars a...
