Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House — Restaurant in Summersville

After a long day of traveling I was going to arrive in town after the restaurant closed. I called ahead and the young lady on the phone was incredibly understanding and helpful. The staff was willing to wait and drop my food off at the hotel just before they closed. I arrived at my hotel about 20 minutes later and expected to eat some disappointing food and then fall asleep.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I started eating my wings. They were absolutely fantastic. I ate about half of them and moved on to the pizza, which by this point was about room temperature, but that was obviously my fault, not theirs. This room temperature pizza was so unexpectedly good. Tons of flavor and the crust was still crisp.

I just happened to be passing through the state but I was very impressed tonight. If I ever end up here again I will definitely be visiting them.

Edit: One thing I noticed on these Google reviews that I would like to bring up; whoever is responding to these reviews needs to get a clue. You have legitimate complaints from repeat customers and you're giving the same generic response to all of them. That's honestly insulting. There are not enough reviews on here for you to phone it in. Your reviews overall aren't stellar anyway. You need to listen to your customers and give them tailored responses. Some people are just hard to please, but figure out which problems are legitimate...

Deserves NO stars. Order food an hour ago for delivery. A Leg Pepperoni Pizza 6.99, they said they would start delivery at 4. 4:30 still nothing so I called. The first person that answered the phone didn't have a clue what was going on. So a lady got on the phone and let me know that there were two problems with my order that the price would go up bc it was only a thencarry out special. That was never told to me. Also that their is a minimum $10 delivery, neither which was told me at the time of order. And that if I wanted the price that I had already been price for that it would be carry out so I had to leave and drive to go pick up a pizza . Very professional and that's without ever...

Waited 15 minutes to get a menu,asked if it would take long was told no then ordered waited 57 minutes and told them make it to go cause I had to get back on the road (working out of state) have a time frame I absolutely have to stick too paid for it and asked how long it would take she said 20+ so I asked for a refund and the ignorant woman at the register for a attitude. I will never stop at another one again this was the first and last time (there was two other people) in there after I got there who recorded there food I ordered a sandwich a 9 inch pizza and a spaghetti also a motz stick as a appetiser I never seen after ordering and waiting...
