Russo's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Summit Hill

Is this a joke? This WAS the best place for just pizza but after the last three times I’ve given up. Finally, I call to make things right with the restaurant, the only thing the girl said was that they might’ve had a busy night and put the phone down, it being the third time this happening I was not expecting that answer since I always order from here. I was loyal to this pizzeria honestly, I’ve come to the conclusion that they don’t take their customers seriously. Those paying under 30 bucks or anything even should get the same treatment as anyone else. About the food, I got two pies but some things only apply to one as they both were not edible. The pizza is undercooked, has little sauce compared to dough, on top of that is thick with no crust on a whole side, and has too much cheese for a medium pie. They make their large pies to 100% perfection so for that they get two stars but they have failed me...

NEVER AGAIN!!! I have done business with russos pizzeria for years . But lately service has not been the same not sure what's happening. We ordered food at 4:45 and they said it will be there soon . Haha at 6:00 called to ask where my delivery was . They said he left at 5:30 at 6:30 I called and they had No clue were there delivery person was just said he should be there soon. Finally at 6:50 delivery person shows up with ICE-COLD food and wanted me to pay and take the cold food which I told him you are joking if you think I'm paying for food that was ICE-COLD And arrived over 2 hrs after ordered and over 1hr after pizzeria said delivery person left the shop. I am new to the neighborhood, just moved in down the street yesterday. I called for delivery around 5pm for a sausage pizza and 2 cheesesteaks and some garlic bread. Our pizza was outstanding, our cheesesteaks not so much, and the garlic bread was horrific.

The garlic bread literally had SO MUCH minced garlic it wasn’t even enjoyable.. like someone dumped a jar on it. My cheesesteak that I ordered extra cheese and sauce on had hardly any and the onions were HUGE on it. … I was really disappointed in everything except the pizza. I hope next time is a better...
