The Batter's Box Sports Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Summit Hill

Food was really good. Service was awful. They said they were busy, but looking around there's like 12 tables, how busy can you be? Waitresses weren't running around like crazy, they were on a leisurely stroll. If they were that busy, they'd have been moving. We literally waited over 2 hours for burgers. Here is our exact order: a onion pedal app. 2 angry box burgers with fries, a kids grilled cheese and a kids chicken fingers. We also go drinks. Our drinks took 20 minutes to arrive. Then, we were told they wet out of our app about another 20 minutes later. Good indicator that nothing was even started being cooked. We had to get breaded mushrooms instead. In that time my son needed a drink refill and no one was around to get it. Had to go to bar. Then our app finally arrived after well over an hour. Our burgers and kids meals came probably another 45 minutes later. We were done eating within 15 minutes. Like I said the food was good but wasn't...

Fell leaning against the railing..which was a Gate..fell n was hurt and in pain for weeks..talked to dannys(sister,) and told her..never got a call from danny..I just wanted gate fixed..had it been my mother..I would have had Issues ..went to look at gate weeks later still was not fixed..if you ordered take out..example..10 tacos..make sure u ask for salsa..sour cream. Or you won't get it..crab bisque is grest..but wslmarts lobster bisque is much better then theirs but big issue I had..ordered French dip..and..YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR DIP..called and Danny said ONLY HALF OF THE PEOPLE IN RESTAURANT USE IT..SO HE DOESN'T SEND IN TAKE OUT..so that's my review..umm forgot to mention went to use toilet..n seat was not attached..so double check..business is for sale..might be...

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I never leave reviews but the service was just that bad. I waited 20 minutes for a waitress who never came so I went to the bar to ask for menus and a drink. My brother and I had to go back to the bar and place our order for 2 Ruebens 25 minutes later the waitress shows up with a single order of Rueben bites. Then tells us how she misunderstood us and wanted to see if the kitchen would make us our food. 15 minutes later she finally comes to the table to tell us the kitchen is closed. Her shift was over after that so we had to go to the bar for drinks and the bar tender took my order then waited on 3 other people before giving me 2 beers and 2 shots. This is a place I will never...
