No pay it forward here! Bought a 20oz black coffee and paid with a gift card. My gift card was 4cents short, FOUR! I do not carry cash often and just cleaned out my vehicle so I only had my debit card….It’s fine. Not looking for a handout.. so they put 4 cents on my debit. Only for me to discover that there must be a minimum purchase amount that they did not make me aware of.. charged me a whole dollar!!! It’s not about the money obviously but geezzz… no “take a penny, leave a penny” jar around there… here’s to a $4.50 PLAIN BLACK COFFE. Everyone is always looking for a TIP for just mediocre service… but can’t help a customer with 4 cents. 😐 Noted mistake on my end for not having any cash I guess. Very rude interaction today with no resolution. My husband ordered two drinks: a small mocha sweet foam cold brew and a large avalanche sweet foam cold brew. When my husband went to grab the drinks off the counter he noticed the outside of the large was covered in drink and, what he assumed was sweet foam. No big deal, he cleaned up the cup quickly and headed home. After getting the drinks home (we live 2min away) and my husband realized the drinks were both made with whipped cream instead of sweet foam. My husband called and asked if we could please have our drinks remade with sweet foam, how they were ordered. The lady on the phone told him that that’s just how the sweet foam is sometimes and they would not be remade. Sure looks like whipped...

EVERY time I do a Doordash order from here I regret it. They ALWAYS say "We're all out of drink carriers"... it's been over a year!!! You're lying, poorly managed or Both. ON TOP of that they DON'T put security stickers over drink openings (99% of franchise stores seal their orders & DRINKS). I've been handed a sandwich and single drink with no security stickers or bag or carrier on a rainy day......they just shrug their shoulders. They expect me to leave that packaging at a door !! CUSTOMERS are paying a PREMIUM PRICE for this service!??! Their performance is appalling!!!! I take my commitment seriously. They are doing less...
