Cross Roads has closed its doors, but fans will be happy to hear that Buzz has been resurrected at the Copper Leaf Cafe. The transition seems to have kept much of what patrons enjoyed, as the decor and general feel remain the same. While the service was acceptable and prices are competitive, you might notice that portions seemed a bit smaller than at the previous location. However, the food was tasty nonetheless. One minor detail noted was the absence of salt and pepper shakers on the tables, but otherwise, the experience was positive.

Buzz at Copperleaf Cafe is a new, excellent relaxing place to grab coffee, breakfast, lunch, or just stop for a snack. They seem to make and bake everything in house, and it all tastes delicious! It's worth stopping in and the staff are all friendly and accommodating.

First time visiting the new restaurant in this location. Upon entering, there were very few customers. We waited longer than expected for someone to notice we were there. To another staff persons credit, that was on break, she noticed us and said that she would help us as soon as she punched back in. Then the other server noticed us and sat us. The good... pancake was very good...and the French toast was average. The scrambled eggs were probably the worst I had ever had. It almost seemed like they took the leftover egg batter for the French toast and cooked it and chopped it up into tiny pieces. It was a heap of dry egg "crumbs". Syrup was served in a small plastic cup which made it difficult to manage the amount you poured. My husband's eggs weren't cooked quite enough for sunny side up. He enjoyed his pancake as well. Bottomless cup of coffee really wasn't, because our waitress never came back to check on how our meal was. She gave us our check and never asked if she could get us anything else. Then just before we left, she finally asked if he wanted more coffee, but now we were done. I understand the place just opened and there are always things to be tweaked, so hopefully some improvements can be made. Didn't try any of the baked goods, but they looked...

I went here for lunch with my friends, only one server on the floor with a lunch rush at the door. Manager no where to be found and the host in a frenzy about where to seat the incoming tables. Host then served us our meals where my friends ordered 2 iced chai lattes. They were gross and went untouched the entire meal, where the meal was also very unflavorful and gross. We asked our server to take the chai lattes off our bill because we did not touch them and did not see a reason to pay for them. Our server then tells us her manager told her she cannot take them off the bill because it’s a higher price item, but we didn’t drink them or enjoy them. Our server went back to her manager where we saw her get yelled at and the best the manager could do for her gross, untouched, miserable latte was 50% off. Will not be returning. The manager seems money hungry and not willing to make a connection and lasting guests. If i wanted to spend $6 on a chai latte, I would’ve went to Starbucks. As a business, if you can’t serve a good $6 latte that can’t be compensated when it’s not enjoyed, you shouldn’t be...

I was expecting better, as the previous restaurant was notorious for being slow, but this was just as bad. Once seated, it took 15 mins to get service, and we watched them serve two other couples that came in after us. The waitress that took our order left and never came back. The new waitress forget three items, I believe the first waitress just didn't order them, the cheeseburgers were missing all toppings, and no condiments. We asked for ketchup and mustard, and the waitress went and started working on another order. We asked again for them to be brushed off, and then someone else got them. After then getting honey mustard instead of mustard, it just killed the burger. They did offer to make a new burger, but being on a lunch break, it was too late. There were four tables total of people, it was not...
