Before I moved to Arizona, I used to order from Domino's quite often. After moving here though, I've made a complete switch to Pizza Hut. My first time ordering from this store ended up with a mistake in the order, it happens, so I over looked it. The second time, half of my pizza was flopped over on the other half...no idea how or why that happened, but again I chose too overlook it, after that the mistakes from the orders seemed repetitive. The bread-sticks were always a favorite side to my pizza's when ordering from domino's, but now they sicken me. The dough for the pizza and the bread sticks ends up under cooked each time i order. They're performance in preparing the food is very poor and honestly not worth spending money on. As far as service goes...I can't say much about that other then what happens at the front door. I've asked for crushed peppers and Parmesan numerous times after the first, and not once did I Receive any instead I was given some lame excuse. It's really a shame, because I did enjoy ordering from Domino's before moving here. But I guess the quality of the store here lacks quite a bit in comparison to my old store. I would not recommend...
Read moreI hate going to a business where the employees argue with the customer. I ordered 2 pastas and wanted extra sauce, unfortunately that option is not available on the app. I tried calling 3 times while driving here and no one would answer the phone. When I got to the store, I told the guy that I had just ordered 2 pastas and wanted to add sauce to both. He insisted he couldn't find my order while another person started arguing with me that yes, you could add sauce on the app. A third person told me I just needed to call. They finally found my order but said it was in the oven and so it was to late. I asked for extra sauce on the side and got another argument. I told them to cancel my order and refund to my card. Finally, the woman pulling orders out of the oven said yes, she had my order and yes, she could add sauce. This was really disappointing because we eat here a few times a month, even though we really can't afford to.
Also, don't give your credit card over the phone. They were repeating the info so loud that all employees and customers...
Read moreThough it didn't appear to be very busy. I had over a half hour wait. That means standing. Only the order taker was masked and gloved for some reason. Also the open concept restaurant so that you can see the pizza being made might not be a good idea while covid is still around. The pizza was not made with passion which affects the appearance and the taste. Update: this visit in mid August was much improved. Alot easier to place my order. A far shorter wait time. Best of all, the pizza maker at this time put put some passion into his creation. They even had paper plates and napkins. They need to give at least one complimentary dipping sauce. I can understand trying to lesson ecological footprints but the pizza boxes are really flimsy since they took away the that corrugated waxed paper. Perhaps they could make the bottom of the box corrugated for less slipage. Loved my pizza and the service...
