I went to this location as I have gone many times as a regular customer. I went in this Wednesday December 14th after leaving a long day at work and ordered through the drive through I ordered one chai latte and one caramel brĂťlĂŠe latte. I paid and went home. I was tired from work and changed got myself comfortable went to sit down to enjoy my coffee and realized that I was given two chaiâ teas lattes. No coffee. Mind you I donât drink chai. The ingredients in this chai actually do not agree with me. I have an allergic reaction to it. I ordered coffee not a chai. I went back within 15 minutes back to the drive thru and let the same girl in the drive thru window know that she took my order but gave me the wrong item. She did not apologize she only looked annoyed and said I can give you a refund or remake your drink. I said thatâs fine but you made this mistake which caused me to go out of my way to waste my gas, my time, and I am exhausted from working allday and at least you can offer me something or even apologize. I went on to say you should actually be offering me a refund and giving me my drink as you should have. She proceeded to be sarcastic with me and was laughing so I asked for the manager. The manager came to the window also with an attitude she also did not apologize and seemed to just rush me and annoyed to even help me she told me she wanted to see which location I went to. I was so highly offended. I showed her my app with the receipt clearly there for her. I said to her I was just here 15 minutes ago. This girl in the window just took my order. Check your cameras. Instead of apologizing and making things right she made me feel as well I am out to get something from them. I am a nurse who works all day long. I spend money on Starbucks almost on a daily basis. I do not need to drive out my way spend my own gas just to try to get something from them. I paid for my order I did not receive what I ordered. So I am here now inconvenienced and upset and all you can do is make the situation worse. I couldnât believe it. She said to me do you want your drink or not? She closed the drive thru window as I was waiting. The girl in the window was laughing at seeing me upset and talking with the manager and the other workers as I can see them clearly. I was so upset and once she opened the window I did let them both know I will be reporting them to corporate. No one else should deserve to experience this especially at Starbucks. This location needs to be taken a close look at and remove these workers and start brand new. I hope that Starbucks will reach out and make things right because I definitely will not be returning to this location again. I am even considering not going to Starbucks anymore altogether. I will go where my business is appreciated and where I am treated as a respected...
Read moreThe ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Starbucks I have ever been to in AZ & outside of AZ!!đđđ đ˘đ˘đ˘IF I COULD TAKE THAT ONE STAR BACK & GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR RATING, I WOULD! Anyways, Walking in the door, no greeting at all from either of the two employees working, NICK & SARA. Mind you, it's particularly slow for a rainy coffee kinda day, Unsure of where to order, after standing at the counter directly infront of Sara(employee1)for a good 2-3 minutes as I continue to awkwardly/confusingly glance around back and forth to Sara and the counter in front of me. i guess kind of waiting to hear " Hi! Welcome to Starbucks! â¨" Or " I'll be right w. you, just a second"Or for her to even ask me if I needed help with something, or if all else fails ATLEAST A HALFASS FAKE "WELCOMING SMILE" to kinda sorta show that she is acknowledging my presence and not ignoring me because she is annoyed by my presence because she hates her job. Still without a word spoken or exchanged between either of us, I eventually figure where to order and move couple feet out of her face to stand in front of the 2 little computers/kiosk for another 3-4 minutes, glancing between Nick(employee2) juggling taking orders via drive thru & making his own drinks &back to Sara who still has yet to say a word to me but has made eye contact with me several times! It takes Nick, finishing up a drink to rush over to me ask what I want to order & when I politely let him know that I find it extremely rude and unprofessional for Sara to still have not even acknowledged or ask me to hold on. He interrupts me and brushes me off w. Snooby attitude telling me " YOU'RE FINE. SHES MAKING DRINKS" and basically dismisses me. Long story short, he tells her obviously, whole time she is making my drinks she is slamming and banging everything she touches. Yells my name out quickly and aggressively and puts my drinks of the counter and turns her back and walks away before I can even get to the counter to ask for a straw or a drink carrier leaving me to have to reach over the counter to grab a drink carrier . ICING ON THE CAKE FOR ME, I ordered a Tall & Venti Identical,Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappe + shot of espresso + Ex Ex Carmel + Ex Carmel Ribbon Crunch & WAS CHARGED EXACTLY FOR THAT. BUT TO GO THROUGH ALL THE THAT TO FINALLY GET A DRINKS & THEY LOOK LIKE JUST A BASIC ASS CARMEL FRAPPE WITH LESS THAN NORMAL CARMEL & MINIMUAL CARMEL RIBBON CRUNCH!đ¤Źđ¤Źđ¤ŹđĄđĄđđ & then to still stand there in the end of it all for another 5 minutes and wait for either one of them to come back or ask why I'm still standing there. & NOTHING.
I FINALLY JUST GAVE...
Read moreI really want to like this place more than I do since it's my local Starbucks, but I have never not had a problem of one kind or another whether it's not giving me the stars or the discount for bringing my own cup to actually charging me for a cup that they assumed I just took off the shelf, to giving me the wrong summer drink (specified one with the coconut milk but got the one without). It really is exhausting to have to keep correcting the errors. Is the problem that they are trying to listen to me while also listening to something via their headphones? Maybe. When I asked for more info about the new drinks that Starbucks advertised via their email, there were no pictures posted in the store and I had to explain them and eventually show the pics. My friend told me she had the same problem during her visit. Inadequate signage is probably Corporate's fault, but local manager can help by chalkboarding new drinks, etc. Also, make the size choices clear. The names are confusing enough but when the ounces differ according to whether or not it's a hot or cold drink, that needs to be spelled out. Much time is taken up by baristas having to explain things that customers could answer themselves with proper signage. They also took away the beloved little corner bookshelf where our community exchanged books. It didn't take up much room and was always fun to look through, esp. if visiting with a child since children always seemed to delight in finding something new there. The outside seating area is lovely. It's framed by trees and has a some comfy bucket seats rather than just the usual cafe chairs, but the noise from the traffic makes it hard to really relax. Maybe a sound barrier wall would help. With a little more care this location has the potential for being a true community hub and I really hope they...
