Swung in for lunch after Devils Tower. Great food, great server and the owner went table to table asking about food. This is a Diner but does have a bar. Kid friendly and good food. Gluten free bread and buns at just $1 more and breakfast served all day. If we lived closer, I would visit more often. ***we found his location in Sturgis and supposedly it is open only during the Sturgis rally. If so, try it out!

The service was awesome. Ordered the weekly special which was basically a hamburger steak, eggs and hashbrowns. The food was pretty good, hashbrowns cooked just right, eggs fluffy. The hamburger steak was not dry, but perhaps 🤔 a little greasy. Overall, if in the area again, I'd stop for a meal.

My grown daughter and I stopped here for breakfast as we had business in Sundance that day and needed to get something in our tummies to buffer all the coffee we had earlier that morning. Decided to try Uncle Louie's Diner.

This diner is your typical small town Wyoming diner inside. Clean, but a bit outdated in the décor department with a odd mix of Coca-Cola retro 1950's dinner stuff and western décor of items like bears, moose, horse, cowboy. Thankfully there was not a whole bunch of taxidermy all over the walls (maybe one or two things...antlers if memory serves) because that stuff grosses me out! The dinning room was occupied with families, singles and one table had the sheriff and what appeared to be some old-timer locals. That is how you know a place is small-town legit!

Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Maybe a little too much in the "is everything all right" department. But, I would rather have too much attention at the table than too little. She explained specials and bantered with us both in a little small talk.

We looked at the menu and made our choices. I got the French toast and was going to order a side of sausage but my daughter said I could just have her sausage from what she ordered. I do not know the name of the dish she ordered but it came with ham, bacon and sausage. The sausage was smoked kielbasa not pork breakfast sausage links or patties. So I was a bit disappointed but it was still good. My daughter said the ham was really tasty.

The prices were reasonable and we were over-all happy with our visit and would return again next time we...

We have previously enjoyed several meals at uncle loue’s,. We usually call in our order and eat at home. After 3 bad experiences with items missing from our order we quit giving them our business. After 3 months we heard there was a new manager and thought we’d give it another try as most of the food is worthy. But nothing seems to have changed! Items were missing from our order!! The first 2 times we were missing the toast, we ordered our eggs over medium but the whites were still runny, and that’s just 🤮 ! And finally this last time the gravy was missing from our country chicken breakfast. Order your hash browns crispy as they are only on the grill long enough to warm them up!! I don’t think we’ll be giving these guys our...

My husband and I came in for lunch around 11:30 or noon. The food was FANTASTIC! But the poor girl who was doing the seating and silverware placing got hollered at for seating us. We DID ask to be seated. And she DID mention there would be 10-15 minute wait. We just wanted to sit at a table since we’d been on our Harley’s all day. We had no problem waiting. The, whom I am assuming is the owner, was very extremely rude to the poor girl. She started to cry immediately. I hope whoever that was either loses his job or straightens his attitude out because that is no way to treat an employee. Take aside and talk nicely, don’t hurt those who are doing there best. BTW, our waitress was Amber and she...
