I tried the mint rock shake and was very creamy and deliciously minty. The drive-up service was efficient and friendly. There is an outside eating area as pictured below. My reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the high price of the shake, especially given its small size, which was $6.26 with tax. Considering one can get a whole meal for about $8, I feel that the shake was expensive for the size. The menu is pictured below. Some items do not have prices listed, so ask before you order.

Decided to stop by and give them a try for a snack on the road. I got the fried mushrooms and onion rings. They were both delicious and so crunchy! 😋 Also ordered a Dr pepper, which was flat and tasted off, but other than that, the food was great, and the women were super nice!

Spent almost $9 on a large fry and a root beer float. The fries were good, but the fry container was half empty. Honestly, shouldn't have bought a rootbeer float because it was no different than one you would make at home. The lady who took our order was nice

The food was good but the service is subpar. My dad called ahead to place an order and they took it and didn’t mention or say they couldn’t, they even asked what kind of vehicle so I’d say that’s confirming as assumed they’re making it. When he got there the woman, in a hostile tone, said he would have to go through the drive through. Look I understand you’re busy BUT when you are one of the few places open during this pandemic EXPECT TO BE BUSY! If you aren’t going to take a phone order, state you’re not taking phone orders. Cut to today, I come down from DC and am in line to order and the fam warns me about their staff. I was like they have good reviews on here about friendly and quick service. Well, I ordered 4 cheeseburgers and got no cheese, and Waited a crazy long time, yes it’s made fresh but I’ve gotten burgers at Red Robin quicker. The woman at the window was extremely rude and seemed flustered.

Three BIG TICKET ITEMS for this type of business: 1)CUSTOMER SERVICE. You have to deal with the public on a daily basis and should be polite to them. We all, well most, understand servers are people too, I’ve been in those shoes, and you (just like anyone else) can have a bad day, this DOES NOT give you the right to be rude or go off in your customers. Ever heard of “repeat and referral customers”?! 2)This is a tourist supported town , or pandemic when you are one of few places open, and being a restaurant you should expect rushes (especially during lunchtime). This also does not give you the right to go off nor does it give you the right to be rude. 3) This is also a restaurant so you have to take food orders and get them correct. This should be self-explanatory but apparently not.... It just seems this place doesn’t know how to handle any kind of rush and excels when there’s 2 people in the drive through. Had I of known the customer service was this horrible I’d of gone to McDonald’s, sad too because the food was actually...

All I need to say is this really: Their burgers are SO good! We've been to other places that have great burgers too (it really depends on the meat they use) I enjoy their burgers and would have missed out because of the looks of the place (yes, sadly I am a little picky like that) but hubby convinced me to try it and I'm glad I did. I usually get mine with just mayo and lettuce so I can really let the meat shine through. I'm holding back giving full 5 star because I would like to see a little more lettuce on the burger that's crisp and fresher. I came home with it and added my own lettuce and it was good. Just don't like paying for something that should have been there is all. Service is good at drive through, and wait time is worth it, although if you go in non peak hours there's...

Extremely slow, rude argumentative staff. They messed up half our order and tried to blame us for it until we had the employee show us the paper she wrote our order on. It revealed they messed up, not us. And she still argued. They forgot one item completely even though it was on the order ticket and refused to make it unless we paid again. We asked for the receipt to prove we had in fact not already paid for the item and they refused to provide it so we never got the final sundae. All of our sundaes were soup. Multiple people and cars in line left while this took place. You’re losing business faster than you know it and we will not be back unless we are made whole on the transaction and customer service and product...
