I ordered food from this place. They always give me me a hard time, but I like their food and always order the same thing. Tonight was different. I decided I was going to order a pu pu plater but it turned out to be a total disaster. The dish was dried out, hard to bite into, and the meat was extremely dry, tough, and had no sauce. The wings were toasted leaving NO MEAT whatsoever on the bone. I called the restaurant to explain about the meal and told them I donāt want nothing back regarding a refund, but I wanted to let them know that I was unsatisfied. I put this up front right away. She began to argue with me. She actually hung up on me twice when I called back and on third call I had to listen to her taken orders from other customers while i had to listen.The woman on the phone continued to argue with me and actually hung up on me 3 times! I finally got the chance to tell her that the poo poo platter was not edible! I told them (her) Iāve been ordering from them for 20 years. They told me āit didnāt matter.ā Then they (she) told me they were going to send ātheir driverā back out to my house to pick up the food. I told them Iām an early bird and I had to go to bed, but they insisted. The driver ended coming back to my house and I gave her back the food, but the driver was in tears. She spent probably 20 to 30 minutes round-trip + going from the restaurant to my home and back to the restaurant to pick up this food. She told me it was her on her own time and her own gasoline. She began to cry. I hugged her and told her she needs to get a better job because this place is āLike Stockholm syndrome!ā This place doesn't care about their customers or their employees. I fealt so bad for this girl. In the past, Iāve ordered from them and theyāve always nickeled and dimed me for everything, including an extra spoonful of sauce in their dish or what size the shrimp theyāre gonna give me. I understand business and charging people what they order, but these people are too much. They changed their mind in the same conversation. There are no set prices, itās whatever they want to charge in the moment. Iāve bee n ordering from these people for nearly two decades and there is no loyalty to their customers and theyāve told me āit doesnāt matterā. Shame on them! I will never order from this restaurant again especially after tonight, Especially after this girl was crying in my house appearing like she was mentally abused! Iām boycotting this restaurant. They donāt need to treat people like second class citizens....

He was killed by someone who didn't understand that putting tic powder directly into a dogs eyes would probably do a bit more than bring a tear to his eye. We found him dead out by our front stoop, and I cried. That was horrific, especially for a child. However the service at Bobo Chinese take out is even more horrific. I ordered my food online on the website (which by the way, the website is terrible). I waited an hour and when the food did not arrive I called them to check up on my food. They asked me for my phone number, then told me, no worries, hakuna matata, the delivery guy already left, he should be there any second now.
Another half an hour passed, still no food. I called again. "Hey, this is Zack Edmond, just checking up on my food. They took my phone number, then assured me, our driver left a while ago, don't worry, Ohana means family, your food will be there soon.
I waited another hour, because why the hell not. Then called again " Where is this food!?" I said
"The food should already be there." They replied "You ordered the small something another another with something right?"
"No, I ordered the garlic chicken dinner special"
"Did you order online sir?"
"Yes, yes I did"
"Your order did not go through, so sorry, let me take a new order and rush it out to you right now"
At this point I'm starving and I want to see if they can ruin this any further.
"Sure, I want the garlic chicken dinner special"
"That's the one with veggies, right?" They asked.

I don't know bobo chinese take out!! I'm not the one preparing the food! It doesn't even say on the menu, it just says garlic chicken.
Anyway, they take my new order and then half an hour later (that was quick) it arrived.
And I gotta tell you...I don't think it was what I ordered and it was terrible and I would rather all my future pets die from tic powder to the face before giving them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered lunch on line from this restaurant that was recommended to me by a friend. Why is it that when I get there my food is not ready that is one. Second when ordering on line for pick up they request payment but when you get to the store and ask how to cancel the order because it is not ready not to charge the card they say that the card was not charged. So why even ask for the CC info if they are not going to charge the card until you get there. This is the first restaurant that I have ordered on line and they do that. At this point my lunch was ruined because I only get 1 hour and had to drive here to get my food because if I wanted it delivered I would have had to purchase 12.00 dollars worth of food and when you get to the restaurant it is a 10.00 minimum on the card that no where on the web site does it say that. They are trying to get you for 2.00 more than what they have posted up in their restaurant. I will never eat from there again and I will make sure that I tell all of my friends about the Horrible experience with...
