The coffee is good and the food is decent, the 'atmosphere' is efficient as they are in the lobby of a hospital, and the service is amazing. Having spent my 2nd 72-hour stay here with a loved one, their smiles and kindness make me feel like they genuinely care. There is clearly no consistent method of making drinks here. Got a cappuccino which was 95% milk, and an Americano that was 95% water; couldn't even taste any coffee in either drink.

When I asked to remake the Americano, they gave me 2 shots of espresso with a splash of water. Way to be petty I guess, but I'm not going to remake a drink for the third time, will just leave this 2 star...

We order (2) muffins (red velvet and chip), a Dirty Chai, and a Carmel Macchiato. The staff was informant in muffins flavors and polite. The batista made the beverages very well.
