Superior at it’s finest. Older building, darn good pizza. This was my grandpa’s favorite pizza place in the twin ports. I prefer Sammy’s. BUT, if I want a bacon cheeseburger pizza, Shamrock is the best there is. Pizza made perfectly. Pickles, cold, served on the side. It’s beautiful. Plenty of seating between the bar and the restaurant side. Faster service, from my experience, is in the bar area. The ONLY negative is they don’t take credit cards. There is an ATM on site, but they charge $3. Bring cash, and your appetite. It’s TOUGH to finish a 14” bacon cheeseburger pizza by yourself. But it’s delicious trying.

What a hidden gem this place is! A clean, charming, 90s style restaurant with booths and Tiffany’s lamps. Jennifer was a wonderful server and informed us that the pepperoni was local from Iron River. We all got different 9” pieces and they were SO GOOD; the pepperoni was the favorite. I loved that it was local and didn’t seem to have any dye! We have loved take out in the past, but plan on dining in whenever we can! Gluten free crust is available. And just a note: bring cash or debit card for the ATM!

CASH ONLY, First and foremost. Fortunately I had cash, but wanted to use my business credit card. The pizza I ordered was very good. I ordered the Veggie pizza and added Jalapeños and Pepperoni. They were busy and the staff did their best to be quick and efficient. Bar and restaurant, I sat on the bar side which has an up north cabin feel and decor, perfect for this location. Definitely worth recommending to try.

I've only gone once, but when I walked in, I was VERY confused. No one greeted me or told me to find a seat. No one even LOOKED in my direction. I was so confused, but I eventually just plopped down in the nearest booth. Every time I try a new pizzeria, I always order a regular pizza with black olives on it, but I also ordered an appetizer of pizza fries. The pizza fries here were basically just sliced crust with cheese on it and WAAAY too much Italian seasoning...I could barely finish the appetizer and I was splitting it with my bf. Then the pizza came and it was pretty good. Not the worst pizza I've had, but definitely not one of the best either. Just slightly above average. It certainly was LOADED with black olives though (which could be a good or bad thing depending on who you are) but everything was fairly priced. (oh and btw, no cards accepted, but there's...

This was my second and last attempt to eat at this place. We placed our order for a pizza at 4:30. At 5:35, I asked our server if our pizza was going to be ready soon. She checked, and she told us it was not going to be ready soon. She also stated that it normally takes an hour or more for them to make a pizza. We had somewhere to be, so we left. They gave us a coupon for a free pizza and apologized.

The last time we tried to eat there, we waited in our booth for about 15 minutes, and no one ever greeted us or acknowledged we were there.

I don't recommend this place because of their consistently...
