I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too bad to stay silent. From the moment I walked into this place, the vibe was completely off. The lighting was harsh, the music was either blasting or nonexistent, and the overall atmosphere felt more like a rundown basement than a bar people actually choose to hang out in.

But let’s talk about the bartenders — easily the worst part of the night. They were slow, rude, and completely uninterested in doing their job. I stood at the bar for 15 minutes while they laughed and chatted among themselves, ignoring multiple people waiting. When I finally got served, it felt like I was inconveniencing them. No greeting, no smile, just a blank stare and an overpriced, watered-down cocktail shoved my way.

Speaking of drinks — absolute trash. I ordered a mojito that tasted like sparkling water with a hint of mint and sadness. My friend’s old fashioned tasted like it was made with the cheapest bottom-shelf liquor they could find. Zero balance, zero effort, just bad drinks that made us wish we’d stayed home with a six-pack.

Love love love Tortugas!! Angela and Bryce are the cutest and most accommodating couple/owners!! We hosted a welcome reception for all of our guests for our wedding the night before the wedding at Tortugas instead of the traditional rehearsal dinner. They went above and beyond with making the space so BEAUTIFUL!! All of our guests had so much fun and absolutely loved Tortugas. We had about 80 people attend and it didn't feel cramp at all, very large space. Angela/Bryce were on top of every detail and we can't thank them enough!! overall always a great experience. each night they're open is a different experience geared towards different cowards- pool tournaments, bar environment, themed nights, & dance club. awesome place with a little something for everyone. security presence is great & staff is all really friendly who help personalize your experience.
