Just left with a terrible customer experience. I was cut off at the speaker before even completing my order and rushed to the window. At the window I politely asked if I could please have a bowl instead of a burrito, to which the younger girl rolled her eyes and proceeded to slam the window. She then gestured towards me and started, what did can only assume, talking poorly about me to her coworker. Even when she handed me my order I tried to thank her and apologize for the inconvenience to which she gave a passive aggressive “mhmm” before cutting me off by slamming the window again. I understand customer service can be annoying or stressful and I usually try not to blame employees, but it felt like I was negotiating and defusing a hostile situation as the customer when all I wanted was to have my burrito...
Read morefirst time ever at a salad and go- we complimented them on their great customer service! mikayla and ruben took care of us. but when we got back to work to eat everything, my salad was missing the dressing and nuts. they also ran out of frozen strawberry lemonade with 1 of 2 we ordered. the chicken in one of our wraps was all the way on the end where at first, we thought there was no chicken. and in one of the other wraps, the grape tomatoes were not cut in half or quartered and led us to think if a child had eaten this wrap, they could have choked. my soup also only came out barely warm.

You know why (think back to summer when someone found a mouse in their salad at this location) so I gave this location a hesitant try again. First time it was fine some my my stuff was wrong, and again tonight. Just curious as to how someone forgets to give salad dressing with a salad? No need to waste my time going back why because there’s no point it’ll cost me more in gas than what the little bit of dressing they give is worth. Very disappointing it’s not that hard to make sure items are correct, not sure if I’ll be back and that is also disappointing because it’s less than 2 miles away...
