I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for a long time and I was NEVER treated as poorly as I was through the drive through tonight! The person on the speaker was about as rude as rude gets I was first told in a nasty tone hold on! I thought at that moment ok a bit put off but I waited. A tractor trailer started up to leave and I heard this mans voice so I presumed he wanted to take my order so I told him nicely one moment a truck is going by and I can't hear you, so I waited for the truck to pass and proceeded to order and he said "I SAID HOLD ON!" At this point I wasn't very happy still I took a deep breath and waited. He finally came back on to take my order and I asked for 2 pretzel croissant breakfast sandwiches and he said "can you speak up I cant hear you! So at this point I had enough I yelled out what I wanted and was ready to say something else and again rudely he said "hold on I have to see if we have them! I will say I told him he had no bedside manner and he replied angily "well there is only 2 of us here! I replied that's not my fault don't blame me and he said "am I blaming you!? At that point I had enough and I told him that's it I'm done and drove off. I'm not sure I will ever go to that Dunkin again because I've been there when 1 person was doing everything and she was pleasant not rude. My advice to this person is get a job where you don't deal with the public you don't belong there I work with the public and if I EVER treated my customers that way I'd probably be fired. The Dunkin in Millbury near CVS got my business and will continue to...
Read moreI don't typically do negative reviews often I just deal with the outcome but after dealing with this just about everywhere and being a former manager for dunkins, I felt it necessary. I entered the store and there were 2 employees working. I approached but they were helping drive thru so I attempted to use the new self serve kiosk, but for some reason it would not work properly because it scanned my app yet still said I owed and I didnt understand because I had $8 on there so there was more than enough to cover the drink. The guy was the most attentive and he told me to come to the register, where I scanned my app again to pay, only this time he said I owed almost the full amount so that confirmed the kiosk did take my money but he just looked at me and I don't know ehat to tell you, and charged me the full amount again. Then he went back over to the drive thru and the girl proceeded to make my drink which was not made correctly but she barely even looked in my direction so eventually the guy came back over and asked if I wanted it remade to which I of course said Yes! Then I get the drink and this time, it did not have too much espresso but NONE!!! I do not appreciate paying all that money ( the price of 2 lattes )just to get back on the highway to NY and stuck with a cup of flavored oatmilk and cold foam on top. I'm saying all this because it's in hopes that management will see this and take the training aspect a little more seriously and I WANT my money back!!! I have lost too much money lately by just letting little things...
Read moreI want to start by saying I never, ever write bad reviews for businesses. I absolutely love Dunkin, but this location truly disappointed me this morning. Actually point blank really upset me, hence this review. My usual coffee is "small hazelnut iced 1 sugar almond milk". This morning, I received not even close to what I asked for. Reason being, upon first shake and then sip I literally got a mouthful of almond water. From my thumbnail up is extremely watered down almond milk, below is almond milk with a splash of coffee. Now, there are some Dunkins where they do the complete opposite and charge me extra for almond milk and only throw a splash in. I truly do appreciate the generosity with the almond milk here, but I asked for an iced coffee, not literally watered down almond milk. Sorry to say, this location will not be receiving my...
