Dunkin' — Restaurant in Swansea

It's a hit or miss when you come to this Dunkin. Some people are nice and make your food good and your drink good and other times your drink sucks and even the manager will make it and fix it but she's sitting there talking smack behind your back while she's doing it and your food is just thrown into a bag so sloppy that the bacon was sticking to the package when it was supposed to be rolled up in a wrap. And if the girls there that work there are saying if your drink is messed up bring it back and we'll fix it why is it that whenever I bring it back the manager is sitting there talking smack behind my back while I'm asking nicely for it to be fixed I didn't mess it up and it's not that complicated of a drink and I pay my money every day for my drink. There are generally some good employees there who are very kind. Also is it just me or has anybody else noticed how the price of the wake up wraps has went up but the egg is getting thinner and skimier and you're getting less bacon also but they want to charge you...

Don’t go to this location unless you enjoy your coffee with a side of attitude. Ladies working are just RUDE. Ordered online pick up they forgot multiple items. When I politely asked for the items missing I received attitude and excuses about how they made that food already. (Clearly didn’t if it wasn’t in my bag) After all of that I still didn’t get all of the missing items after asking. Items that I paid for.

I don’t understand why these girls think it’s okay to talk to customers the way they do. I think more training in customer service should...

Rude employee messed up my latte and insisted I drive around to have it fixed because she's on a timer. But when I pulled there were eight cars in the Drive-Thru line. I worked in fast food so I get the timer thing, But a six dollar latte should be made correctly. And it wasn't like I wanted them to remake the latte all I wanted was to order and pay for a small black coffee, so I could try and fix the latte myself (they added way too many pumps of sweetener). 😞 the standard for sweetener is three pumps why on Earth would I get 6 without...
