Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Swansea

I was there today and the lady with the tablet was taking people orders. However, I told her I wanted a skinny ice mocha with oat milk, extra shot, and 5 pumps of skinny mocha in total. First the lady repeated the order back to me and accidentally said mocha instead skinny mocha. Furthermore, when I pull up to the window the young female told me ice mocha with oat milk, extra shot, and 5 pumps and I corrected her saying that I wanted it ice skinny mocha, but by the way I told them I wanted a sippy lid without a straw . More so, she told me they are going to remake my drink and I have to pull in to one of the parking spots. Lastly, the female maybe the store manager handed me my drink but gave me a straw which defeat the whole purpose’s of having a sippy lid. Again, the workers didn’t fill up my drink to the top and I’m left with a third of empty space. Also, I can’t believe the person would hand me the drink without stopping to see that my drink isn’t full. For advice I understand it’s peak hours and you are rushing to get the drinks out to the customers, but filling up the drink doesn’t take that long and you wouldn’t have customer complaining about there drinks not all the...

I’m not one to complain but my order hasn’t been right three times this week & I’m disappointed with almost $30 IN COFFEE down the drain.

The first day the LTO fall items released I got a pumpkin carmelicious. It was SOOOO good and tasted like I was drinking pumpkin pie.

The next day I drove 20 minutes out of the way just so I could get another one. This time in a XL. It was completely watered down and obvious it didn’t have the correct proportions.

The next day after that I decided to stick with my large & this time they didn’t give me my cold foam & instead used whip cream. It still didn’t taste correct.

And today was the final straw. I got a large & asked for extra pumpkin syrup. I still taste absolutely NO pumpkin what so ever, no Carmel either & just a huge heaping amount of cinnamon. I was literally gagging and coughing from the first sip because there was so much cinnamon.

It’s obvious they are struggling to keep training consistent at this location. I’m just gonna take a break from coffee for now because paying this much for bad coffee...

My review is of weekends. Every time I have went on the weekend my drink was made incorrectly. If I order my blended without whip...there is always some on the top because they didn't pay attention to my order was without whipped cream so they scrape it off I can see what's left. On another visit on the weekend My caramelicious iced coffee was warm and not mixed. Not to mention how many times I can tell when I order 2 expresso shots and they don't bother to add them. This happened today, I ordered a sm peanut buttercup blended with 2 expresso shots and a sm caramelicious blended no whip with 2 expresso shots, neither one had any expresso, and I could tell they just scraped off whipped cream from the caramelicious.
