Tried to call ahead, no answer ( straight to answering machine ) I just thought they were too busy to answer no problem right. I go the house of pizza 1 customer in the place , 1 picking up a to go order also . 5 employees walking around ( stocking boxes and such ). Clerk asked me if I called ahead , I explained I tried but went to voice mail . She replied " we're swamped ". I looked around and saw 1 customer. Maybe they had take outs I don't know . If this was swamped they had a real problem if another customer came in . I placed my order and she totaled it up and said 25.50 please. ( I ordered 2 spaghetti dinners) I said how much and she explained they were $11.50 each. I pointed to the sign above the counter where it said 9.50 each. I also pointed out that on their web page it was another price ( 3 different prices depending on where you looked). She was flustered and said they told the owner it was wrong, she explained it was not their fault . I said I was not paying that price. The clerk got another employee to straiten it out for me . She punched some keys on the register and then said 21.30 please. I expressed my displeasure again. The meals were not for me , I paid the extra above what I was given to get the meals for them . I then waited for the meals , when the clerk told me they had only enough for 1 spaghetti meals . I had enough after that and asked for my money back and left with out any food. The employees tried to make things right as best they could . I blame the owner for the 3 different prices , I have never had a bad experience there until tonight . I WILL...
Read moreDon't waste your money! Despite claims of improvement, they continue to produce sub-par food more often than not, and not knowing what you're going to get makes their prices much too high ($40 for two large pizzas... seriously??). They advertise (with a giant banner at that) that they deliver, yet three out of the last four times we tried to get delivery they claimed they were too short-staffed to do so. Here's a tip - take down the giant banner until you can follow through on that advertisement. Pizza is often over-cooked, we received a grinder with MOLDY bread, and orders are CONSISTENTLY WRONG. Also, when orders are wrong you will be told that they can't do anything about it unless you drive back to the restaurant with the incorrect order to prove your claim (because clearly you're lying and trying to take advantage of them...). They clearly have little respect for their customers and, after yet another incorrect order and being treated poorly by the staff and management, we are officially taking our money elsewhere. You should do the same. (PS - I find it interesting that the owner touts a 100% guarantee in his own review... I can say from experience that is...
Read moreBest pizza in my sphere of food options and rivals NYC pizza where I lived for almost a decade. Now I live on the edge of America near the Canadian border. It's about 30 minutes from my home so I usually only order from this establishment when I'll be passing by on my way home from civilization. There are 3 option for pizza within 5 minutes of my home but I wait to get pizza until I can pick one up from here. If you take out, a bonus is they poke vent holes in the pizza box so the pizza breathes and doesn't get soggy before you get it home. Smart packaging!
Having preficed this review with those facts this is THE best pizza within 50 miles of my home. My preference is the chicken cordon bleu pizza but myself and my BF have tried the meat pizza as well. Both are great. Looking forward to expanding my sampling of their menu when I have more eating out funds in my budget. The prices are very reasonable, I'm just belt tightening and live to far away to eat here more often.
Highly recommend trying them if you are the area. It's well worth it. The staff are all very nice.
FYI, cash prices are discounted so if you place a large order consider paying cash for the best...
