I placed and order on may 21 at 6:04 pm when I got home I had the ranch for the crazy bread but no crazy bread. I then called back at 635pm and asked to speak to a manager about how they did not give me the crazy bread and the manager while I was on the phone I could hear her punching in the computer about the next time I was there I would get a free crazy bread. I called today on May 27 and asked about the crazy bread the young man have the phone to the manager and she said that she can not give me the crazy bread if I do not have the receipt even when the manager I spoke to on may 21 said it would be no problem. The manager was very rude so I asked for the owner or companys number in order to talk to someone higher up then her. I asked her name and she said it is against policy to give her name. I have worked in the industry for 22 years and If i ever spoke to a customer like that I would have been fired. I tried calling the number she gave me and it said it was disconnected so I will not be going to little Ceasers ever again and I will make sure my friends and family will not either. I am appalled the way the " manager" talked to me like I was beneath her. I am very upset and if this is a policy then you need to train your employees how to talk to customers because if that was my employer she would be gone just like that. You lost a customer and my friends and family. How come I heard the lady on May 21 type it in the computer and their is no record of it. Seems a little strange if you ask me. Also, Everytime I do order pizza they can never deliver to my house bc there is not enough people. So the person who owns that Little Ceaser needs to be there there more often to see how their employees treat there customers. I have seen them give away free food to their friends but the one time I call for a legitimate reason they are rude and that is why people go to Hungry Howie's because they are friendly. So not only did I not get my crazy bread but I was charged before it and no return on my money. The worst possible service I have ever seen. I would give them 0 stars for the way they treated their customer. Very...
Read moreHad to actually cook my own customized pizza when I got home. The crust was squishy when I went to pick up the first slice and pure white. Immediately threw it in the oven for 10mins to make it the way it should’ve been after waiting 20mins on top of the time I was told I would wait. My Extramostbestest pizza which is usually a blanket of pepperonis had about half as much pepperoni on it than a REGULAR pepperoni pizza usually has. My Italian cheesebread had seasoning only on the very center of the whole bread. The very center ends of the 4 inner pieces had a sprinkle of seasoning. The cheese was barely there on it and it actually was crunchy and thin… almost like pizza crust where the cheese is a thin film. When I went to pick up my food I asked if they still sold their white cream cheese sauce. I was told “yes it just doesn’t show online,” so I had them add one being a separate order and handed them my card. Paid for it and went to sit and wait for my crazy bread which they hadn’t finished, and two kids walked in and asked for cream cheese as well. I heard “we don’t have any cream cheese,” shouted from the back and thought “maybe I got the last one.” Nope. I got home with the pizza sauce that already comes with the bread and no cream cheese sauce. So I was charged for it even though they knew they didn’t have any, and I didn’t receive even a regular pizza sauce in return or a refund. Didn’t even attempt to let me know there was no cream cheese but had no problem taking payment for it.
How do you look at a pure white “crust” pizza and call it good to go? It literally felt and looked like straight up dough. Shouldn’t have to cook my own pizza when you had 20mins on top of the 25mins you said it would take… horrible experience. Worst Little Ceasars around.
I believe all the effort put in at this place is put into making the food as bad as...
