Subway — Restaurant in Sweetser

Got wrong order we ordered on line. Got there an food was ready, but got someone else order with are receipt on it. An got home wrong sandwiches, brought them back an told them wrong order right receipt. wrong sandwiches. Tryed to give me the sandwiches we ordered which were setting on counter when I got there don't know how long they set there, told them no I wanted fresh made, which I watched them make. She was not happy about it nor was she nice about it but they made the mistake not me I wanted what I payed for fresh. Not what was left on counter for me to pick up 30 min later the other girl said to me it was just a little mistake well when I have to drive back there it is a problem this is not the first time either. I'm real tired of what they call little mistakes they make, gas not cheep nor should I have to drive 15 min there an back twice you are the closest subway to me. I hope these girls are retrained an watch what they are doing or just pay attention to what...

Edited my review today. Tried to do the buy 2 get 1 free found out it's only if you order online for one for two after 20 minutes of trying to get the sandwiches right on the order the website kept kicking my order back saying it was already in progress couldnt accept payment for an order already in progress. So not only did it waste my time, I was told by the young girl working they haven't been trained on how to handle the online orders anyway. No place to put pay in store, won't allow to pay online. Advertising something you can't get. Definitely not a happy camper...

Ordered online for pickup. Out of four subs, not one of them had the right veggies and cheese that we ordered. Called to speak to the manager, but he/she was unavailable. Was told to call back the next day at a certain time, which I did. Was told they had left early and to call back the next day at a certain time. Manager was unavailable again. This went on for several days until I finally gave up. We order from there quite often and at least one and usually more than one of the subs will have the wrong ingredients.
