312 Bar — Restaurant in Sycamore Township

I actively seek out “dive bars” when I travel (which is a lot). The reviews seemed iffy but I gave it a chance….the reviews are REAL!!! The bartenders spent the whole time with who I’m just assuming are their regulars and looked inconvenienced when I ordered a drink. As a white woman I did not feel welcomed and so I believe the reviews that they are unwelcoming to minorities are definitely true! This bar is gross, don’t waste your time supporting this...

Wow talk about an uncomfortable place to walk into. I see the reviews about bigotry and racism now as I write this but I'm white and I still felt unwelcomed there. We walked in, sat down and got mean mugged by the server like she was mad she had to DO HER FN JOB...I couldn't imagine if I was a person of color and walked in here by accident. Not only are they racist, they are homophobic as well. The bartender ignored us when we came in. We waited 10 mins while she talked to 2 guys at the end of the bar and they all kept looking at us. We decided to leave. It also had a weird mold like smell and just didnt seem very sanitary when looking around. I didn't know how bad this place was until coming on here and reading the reviews.
