KFC — Restaurant in Sylacauga

So yesterday evening we decided to get take out. Went through the drive through, ordered and was told it would be at least 5 minutes to wait before the chicken would be ready. Was given food, came home, unboxed food to eat and low and behold our order was wrong. Tried calling the store multiple times but no one would answer the phone. Drove all the way back from Talladega to sylacauga and tried going in but all the doors were locked so had to get back in the drive through lane, get up to the window and all employees are standing around talking. Lady at the window says “yes we know what we did, another customer already came back complaining. We gave each of you parts of each others order... They did fix our missing food but this is becoming a problem at lots of restaurants now days. I personally believe they should have to start correcting the order plus give you a full refund. It costs a lot in time and gas running back and forth to have something corrected that should have been done right the first time! I’m not going to be that person that blasts the name and location of the restaurant to warn everyone but it was KFC in...

The last 2 times I've been there I must say it has not been as good as in the past will wait a while before I go back. Maybe it's just new employees who need more training.well I found out why the chicken is not as good as it use to be.The chicken comes in frozen now. I'M JUST SAYING If It's not broken don't mess With it. The old man is turning over in his grave. Came thru drive thru at Sylacauga kfc and ordered 2 number 11s get up yo the window and ask for sauces and was treated very rudely the girl at the window wouldnt give me but two sauces when i had two give peice chicken tender meals she slammed window in my face when i tried to call to complain noone would answer.
