No one would serve anyone who came in to dine. If you didn't order at the self serve kiosk then you shouldn't walk inside. Paying cash was my employees option and I stood patiently with multiple family's for over 20 mins and the employees just ignore you the whole time. I don't eat this food for many reasons and stopped for all my employees who asked me to stop so they could eat. 5 employees went home hungry that night including 2 families who walked out the door when we left. A total of 17 people walked out with no food. What a disappointment to the workforce. Its a shame that the side of town this Taco Bell is located is in a very bad area of town and everyone warns you not to do business around there. I hate to think this is true but man we're they proved right in this regard. While leaving multiple people talked to the drive-thru customers mentioning that apparently there is no service so 4 vehicles backed out and left. On top of the 17 people in store there was around 8-12 people in those 4 cars who left. Bringing the total to 25-29 people. I run 4 companies and thought this was typical to see in this industry. Read moreWe went here late night and everything was terrible the manager was terrible the window girl was terrible I mean I can understand your frustration working in the food and beverage industry but THATS WHY THEY TEACH YOU GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. My food was cold, I asked for no sour cream twice and everything I ordered had sour cream on it. We politely bring it back and the manager and the window girl both caught disgusting attitudes and on top of that when we just asked for the money back since it was such a problem for them to FIX SOMETHING THAT THEY SCREWED UP, the manager shorted us on our change about 2 dollars and did not want to give it to us because she had multiple cars in drive thru. Crazy right!! This happened SEPTEMBER 3rd around 1-2am. I mean the least she could have did was give us the right amount of change but everything was a problem just because she was under pressure. Read moreNormally I'm happy with our Taco Bell but today was a very different experience. The food was not fresh or hot and the staff was Very slow and definitely unpleasant if not rude. Once I finally received my food, the food apparently hadn't been wrapped up appropriately because 2 out of 5 tacos we're loose in the bag and I ordered 4 packs of cinnamon twists and all of them were spilled into the bag. They also had no unsweetened tea or fire sauce which was frustrating but the worse issue was that because the drive thru was way backed up I went inside to order and even though the restaurant was empty at this time it was also very filthy. They had not swept or mopped the floor, the tables were dirty, the drink supplies were strewn and someone had spilled a large drink on the floor. It appeared they were recovering from a large crowd but it should have been dealt with much sooner or someone should have been working on it then.
