This is the absolute worst pizza place I have ever had to deal with in my life! For starters I live 4 min away from them! My First problem is online and on their own website it says they stop delivering at 9:30 well that is incorrect this location stops delivering and closes early all the time! They will stop delivering at 9:20, 9:00, 8:45 pretty much whenever they feel like leavening which is horrible for business! My next problem is I order the same exact thing every time I order from them and one night I place my order for 12 chicken leg box all legs and a large pizza extra cheese and pepperoni an hour and 45 min later the food shows up cold and wrong I had 6 piece mixed chicken and a small pizza with only cheese and pepperoni so the delivery guy says we have to call because they are done taking orders even tho I'm not placing a new order I just want what I actually ordered in the first place! The guy who I speak to tells me I ordered incorrectly it's my fault and they aren't sending out the other order I explain to him I order the same thing every time this is not what I ordered he again stated that I was wrong and they weren't fixing it so I also explain to him that the food that they sent is ice cold any ways and almost 2 hours late and he goes on to tell me it's not his problem! My last straw with this place was when I called tonight and they told me they were closing early and didn't feel like delivering anymore tonight! Don't waste your time this place has terrible customer service! Food is always cold and they get your order wrong frequently I have given them 5 chances and they have ruined my food and messed up every time and this has happened to a bunch of people I know in the area who won't order from them any more either so please be careful if your thinking of ordering from them because if it is messed up your...

I have been a loyal customer since Gioninos opened in Tallmadge. It took over an hour for my pizza to arrive, when I was told 45 minutes. Then the driver got it of his back seat, my pizza had slid to one side, cheese stuck to the top of the box, the slices were bent up. It was awful, call up there talk to manager Paul, he was rude and tells me they will make me another and get it right out, but they need ALL of that pizza back. REALLY? So unprofessional. I have not ordered from them for over 6 weeks. Last night (Saturday 3-27-2022) I decided to try it again, OMG get that old guy Mark off your phones. I had to repeat my order twice, told him I wanted ranch with my wings. He tells me I needed to tell him that before I asked for extra sauce on my wings or he would have to change me for the ranch. REALLY? Then I read off my card number he tells me it’s not working, give it to him again, tells me it’s wrong and I need to look at my card and read off the right numbers. DELISH ! Ordered two “Family Feast” deals for my Saturday family yard work party . Wow, 7 hard working guys scarfed down with compliments flying throughout their chowing “Oh my gosh this is fabulous , This chicken slaps, Wow love the coleslaw - This pizza is amazing “ and on & on - yes , the compliments were flyin because quite certain they were ready to chow however, I didn’t work hard and I wasn’t especially hungry but I agreed 100% with what they were saying . Actually, it ranks tops for me in chicken, pizza, coleslaw & jojos. The price extremely reasonable , boxes bursting with hot chicken & jojos, large pizzas and creamy coleslaw . Lots of deliciousness right there ! Service as excellent as their food ! Kudos to the young man who suggested the family feast and for his polite mannerism and efficiency.
