The NY Pizza Place - Tamarac — Restaurant in Tamarac

There is just something wrong with this place, tried it a few times now and there is something off about the pizza. For the price, it should be a lot better. I probably won't order from here again.

As a side note, when you have three people in line, you shouldn't walk away to do other work, especially when you never bothered to ask if anyone is picking up to clear out ready orders. The pizza was cold in the center by the time I drove 5 minutes to home.

I read a few of the responses from the owner to others who have left negative reviews, and below they don't disappoint, rather than asking what they can do to improve they leave a condescending response as usual, "maybe pizza isn't for you", claiming to be the best, their oven is set to 800 degrees, yadda yadda yadda. It sounds a lot like denial to me, I wonder how many people don't bother to return or leave a review. This certainly isn't a business I would ever...

absolutely OUTSTANDING! The New York Pizza Place in Tamarac FL has quickly become my favorite spot for AUTHENTIC DELICIOUS pizza. The crust is crisp, the sauce is full of mouth watering flavors and the cheese is fresh, gooey and top quality, just like classic New York style pizza should be. The staff are warm, friendly, welcoming and always make you feel right at home. I also appreciate how clean and inviting the restaurant is. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or dining in either your family, you can’t go wrong here! This was my first visit there with my husband and my friend’s birthday we were appalled by all the kids from Taravella high school that over ran the place Kirsten screamed and yelled pushed took over the whole restaurant the owners asked them numerous times to leave it was horrific we could hardly talk at our table it was so loud from these kids if they don’t do something about it they’re gonna lose this business because we will never go back again and there was another couple there they said it was their first time too in the last!
