Burger King — Restaurant in Tampa

I stopped by for lunch and ordered a Junior Whopper, a medium Coke, and a small Nerds Blue Razz Freezy, but the entire experience was a mess from start to finish. The employee taking my order either couldn’t hear me or had a language barrier, because she misread my order multiple times, despite my corrections. When I pulled up to the window, the chaos behind the counter was obvious staff were completely disorganized, and the employee at the window was rude. She asked if I had two orders, which I didn’t, and then handed me a Blue Freezy without the Nerds. When I asked about it, she casually told me I hadn’t paid for them, even though that’s exactly what I ordered. After I pushed back, she reluctantly added a tiny sprinkle of Nerds barely enough to notice. On top of that, the fries were soggy, and the Coke was flat. Overall, this was hands-down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had unprofessional service, disorganized staff, and terrible food. Definitely not...

horrible drive thru experience! We waited almost 10 mins for someone (enesha) to take our order. Once we got to the window majority of our ticket was wrong. It wasn’t read back to us before we pulled up so we had to let them know, both drive thru workers started throwing attitude, it wasn’t our faults for messing up the order. They still ended up giving us the wrong food. Was excited to try the new menu and the food was smashed and cold, Sauces that we paid for were not given, we paid for hot chicken fries not regular. I had a friend pick up food for me and when he came back, he said the workers were scrambling around like nothing was organized. When I got my order, it had the bathroom napkins instead of the normal ones and also discovered a mold spot on the bottom bun my chicken sandwich. I got instantly disgusted and threw it away. Never usually had a problem with this BK because it’s one of the few spots we go to for lunch but I’d highly advise against this place.
