My recent order at your establishment was disappointing and confusing. I requested a stir-fry shrimp bowl with a side of fried rice, along with spring rolls and a water cup. However, the order I received was significantly different from what I expected and what was charged. I was given a styrofoam to-go container of fried rice, accompanied by what appeared to be a very small, single scoop of shrimp on the side – not the bowl I ordered. Additionally, I requested a water cup but suspect I may have been charged for a full drink, as my total came to $14.51 (excluding sales tax). This pricing seems to reflect a higher charge than what a bowl would typically cost, especially given the portion of shrimp. Adding to the frustration, none of the usual complementary sauces (like soy sauce or hot mustard) were available. It also seemed that the staff might be facing challenges with their current setup; there appeared to be no actual bowls or plates, which perhaps leads to confusion in how orders are priced. I was also surprised that no military discount was offered, despite the location at MacDill AFB. The overall experience left me feeling as though the pricing was unclear and the service was not aligned with the expectations for a military base establishment. Since I did not receive a receipt, I'd appreciate it if the manager could look up my transaction using my credit card information. I'm hoping we can clarify the charges and resolve this matter. Read moreI went to this panda express today To pick up a DoorDash, I had placed at 623. I was told by the manager they did not make orders after 6:30. I told them I placed the order before 6:30 and he told me that they didn’t get it till 633. After five minutes of arguing about their policy, which is not a real Policy, I then asked for the manager in the workers name so I could contact panda express. The girl Jolene asked me why I needed her name when I said to file a complaint she proceeded to laugh and yell out to the manager. She’s gonna file a complaint. The manager responded with that is fine. Very rude I will be contacting not only panda express but base To file a complaint. I would have let it go ahead. I not already paid for my food, but the fact that I paid for my food, then was told I have to order what’s on the Table that I assume had been sitting out all day… Ridiculous I will never go on base for panda...
Read moreI visited this location three times. First and foremost, the food was good and was provided in reasonable portions. Unfortunately, as with all organizations, its people will make or break them. On my first visit, the staff was excellent, professional, warm, and swift in providing service. My second and third times were a far cry from that. My second trip was sobering because an individual who I think was the shift lead was criticizing the team, from the cook to the additional server, for what I believe was both being too slow in replenishing food on the line and completing orders, respectively. I thought displaying such behavior in front of customers was very unprofessional. Unfortunately, the shift lead had inflicted damage on the psyches of her team, and their demeanor shifted.
