Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tampa

I had a terrible experience at this location. The staff kept telling me to “have a good day” without giving me my full order. I finally drove off thinking I had everything, only to realize an item was still missing. I had to turn around and wait behind another customer just to get the rest of my order.

When I got home, I discovered that the 50-count assorted munchkins I bought for my kids—priced at $16 before tax—were almost entirely chocolate. My children were not only disappointed, but completely uninterested in eating them.

I called the store and was told they were out of other munchkins, and the only option was to exchange them at a different location. I went to another Dunkin’, but they told me I had to go back to the original store.

When I returned to the original location to request a refund, I was met with unbelievably rude service. The woman I dealt with, Keisha, was completely unprofessional from start to finish—rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful. I asked to leave my name and number for the manager to contact me the next day, and she told me, “She’s not gonna call you.” I asked again to at least leave it, and she rolled her eyes and said, “Go ahead.” When I asked her for her name, she said, “You don’t need my name,” and only gave it after I insisted. After I handed her the note, she slammed the drive-thru window shut and immediately went back to being on her phone.

Every time I’ll order a bagel it’s barely toasted. It’s only warm and chewy. When you ask for toasted, you want it to actually be toasted. Also if I ask for cream cheese or butter on it, they barely put any on it. Barely. Today I threw away the item I purchased. Why because they didn’t toast it I don’t want to eat some chewy bagel and they didn’t have any of the spread that I asked them to put onto it on the bagel. It happens each and every time it’s sad that I have to tell somebody to actually put the stuff on it. The other problem with this location is they park you every order you give them. You have to sit out there and wait and if you actually order a drink you won’t get it when they bring it out they have to go back in and go get it. They love to park cars all the time. The manager she’s not a nice person at all. And I say this because I hear her talk rudely to her own employees including her customers. She needs to learn customer service. My first experience at this location and it was AWESOME! Kindness goes a long way with me, and this location lived up to that! I stopped at a different Dunkin and they messed up my coffee, and I tried to drink it, but I just couldn’t. This location was the closest spot on the way to my destination, so I went through the drive thru and explained the situation. They told me to pull up and that they would fix me right up! I can’t get over how nice they were, especially when I pulled up! I wish I knew the name of the nice lady that remade my drink, because she deserves recognition for her efforts! She even made me try the remade drink before I pulled away to make sure I liked it.
