I'm from Brooklyn NY so you can't fool me...The price for a small Curry Chicken is higher then others I frequent. $15.99 and never told me I was being charged extra to use a CC❓️ This is a food truck 🚚 so he doesn't have the higher rents like a brick n mortar place which 2 I know are less 💰 I couldn't remember the name when I was there as I was hangry. After eating the Curry Chicken, I can now think 🤔 😋 My 1st visit here. Convenient in a gas station parking lot so at least you know there's a real bathroom nearby n to Wash your hands. The Curry Chicken was delish n so was the cabbage with mixed veggies. The rice n peas was good but I like Hines Caribbean Cuisine rice n peas better but not so much their curry Chicken. Jay's curry Chicken is better. But I feel like I paid for the price of a Large when I asked for a small dinner. The jerk was smokey, spicy seasoned to perfection and the meat was tender. The goat was also well seasoned, spicy and falling off the bone. As a Trinidadian and foodie I stamp this place official!
I was a little thrown off by the peculiar natives and that it was a food truck and not a restaurant but the food was totally worth the sketchy local. I would definitely be back the next time...

The Snapper, I usually eat my peppers and onions stewed down over Escovitched fish, this was my first time eating it blanched/uncooked; not sure the preparation. But It was absolutely delicious this way! Going forward I’m eating mines this way, and I feel it’s more...
