Subway — Restaurant in Tatum

Went to drive through around 1:30 on 8/7/25. Speakers not working small sign way above menu stating to pull around. Ok… this is common around here for Subway. No problem. I get to the window in my bright red suv and can see two young ladies making sandwiches. Ok … I’ll wait. They are busy. When they are done they start walking towards window… great it’s my turn. And the both duck behind the soda machine. There arms are moving so I know they are alive and ok. And there is NO way they didn’t see me from three feet away. About 5-7 minutes later my order gets taken. A Beast #30. What vegetables do you want on it? I want it just like it’s supposed to be made, like on the menu. What dressings. Mayo like the menu says. Another three minutes or so… I’m sorry we are out of ham and turkey. She gives me a list of what they do have the only two things that are available that do not already come on sandwich is chicken and steak. I ask if those could be substituted? Yes ma’am. Ok I’ll do that then. I get my 6” sandwich in a very large brown bag. Only the sandwich no napkin nothing else was ordered. She says sorry, we are out of the other bags. I start to drive off and decide to check my sandwich since the last two Subway visits (not this place) have been horrendous. I have bun,steak meat, lettuce, tomato and mayo. I drive around again and state there is supposed to be other stuff on here. She says ma’am I told you we were out of. I stopped her and said yes but what about the other stuff? Ok I’ll add it! WOW 😮! I said No, you will remake it and do it right. So she makes a footling I can see from where I am at. And cuts it in half and gives me my six inch sandwich. I check it… two slices pepperoni, 1 slice salami, and three slices roast beef and a couple of steak pieces. With lettuce and tomato and mayo. She asks if it is better this time? I said this is pathetic. And figuring it wouldn’t get any better I took it and left. But I can assure you, it was NOT correct. It was NOT 1/2 pound of meat and she did NOT care. On January 13th I ordered off the subway app at around 12pm. With the app telling me that it be ready for 12:20. Which is not a bad timing. I sent my husband up there to get pickup my order. The store told him they didn't have any online orders and there wasn't an order for me. So, he drove back home. As I brought up my order on my phone and showed him I ordered it. I called the subways phone number and spoke with the lady about my order. This being 12:20 by now, and still no food. She was like, oh I found it.. as the other person working there was screaming what did u order?? Omg I told her I was gonna send him back up there to get it. Twice having to drive to this restaurant (gas is not cheap) So he brings my order home and all b darn, it wasn't even my order. OMG ok. And the time was like 12:45, can you imagine how salty I was. REALLY  salty by then. So, I went back up there and gave the order that wasn't mine back. I asked for my money back and she was like we have no manager here. She didn't even ask to redo my sandwich.  She just took the food back. I asked for the managers name. MRS. Nicki. I went out of town that weekend and couldn't address it till Monday. I called Monday no manager again. I haven't been back up there.  But I'm so frustrated I didn't eat and lost my $12.19

It’s really depressing that this subway used to be a 10/10 but now it just totally sucks.. to start off with made an online order was charged for it and all got there they said no order was made that their internet was down this was the second time this had happened.. Harry garland the district manager I believe was very rude when stating their internet was down and that I’d be refunded my money in 3-5 days.. so I order AGAIN jennifer the manager up there goes to put my food in the oven drops it on the floor.. so I wait some more for them to make it AGAIN got home and both subs had no mayo or are even made right to begin with… these two just need to be...
