Taunton House of Pizza — Restaurant in Taunton

ordered lunch today and had a terrible experience. We got delivery, the driver dropped off our lunch at work and the plastic bag and all the bags within where covered in cigarette ashes. When we noticed this we immediately called to issue a complaint as we felt no one should receive this in that type of condition. The person answering the phone didn't grasp what we were trying to tell her, she put us on hold to take another order, Once she came back on the phone we reiterated that the bag was covered in cigarette ashes, and she mentioned to us what do you want us to do about it? At that point we said we just want to get our money back? She blatantly responded with "then bring the food back" and hung up!! A few minutes later the driver came back and said "whats the problem"?? We told him about the ashes being all over the bag and the bags inside, it really didn't faze him at all. He said " some of my ashes must have blown into the bag" really . .. .we said we want our money back, he said what did the girl at the place say, we said she said bring the food back and hung up, we told him we had no idea what was going to happen and we threw the food away. He said well I am not going through trash so here's your money back and left.......The kicker is that the driver gave us what the bill was but he kept the tip we gave him!! We will never order from here again. I am giving this one star as I have to give one in order...

I Ordered there yesterday the food was horrible and the order was messed up. I ordered two large pizzas one buffalo chicken and one Feta and a lg salad. I got a Chesse pizza instead of feta and the Buffalo chicken was horrible. It was broken up chicken fingers on top. The salad i got had no dressing just venegarette which i wanted ranch also. I didnt notice until hrs later when i got home. Never again. My brother also ordered from here and he told me after the fact that his past two orders were wrong. My family & I have been eating here since the early 80's & EVEN THO I NO LONGER LIVE THERE & MY YOUNGER KIDS DIDN'T GROW UP IN TAUNTON THEY KNOW and 💕 Taunton HOUSE OF PIZZA They ask EVERY TIME WE GOING TO TAUNTON can we go to Taunton House of pizza?
