DEBORAH,THE CASHIER, IS RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY.
I wanted to share my experience at a Burger King I visited at a rest stop. First off, I wanted to include that I have worked at a Burger King in the past during my time at college. It has been literally 4 months since I left BK...so I assumed nothing much has changed. The customer service made it terrible. Deborah, the cashier, was very unfriendly and was overwhelmed. She never greeted me nor did she say have a nice day or anything similar after the transaction. I gave her a coupon and asked her if I could exchange the regular chicken sandwich for a spicy one. (Knowing very well with my experience that you can) She was not sure so she asked the manager, and surely enough he said yes for the exchange. Her not knowing was okay and it is always better to ask. When she returned, I asked if I could substitute the fries for onion rings. She replied to me and said no. I told her that I used to work at BK and yes you can. I told her you can change the fries by highlighting it and changing it. She threw her hands up dramatically and said in a loud tone for me to wait and said she doesn’t know how and will change it at the expedite station. She never asked if wanted cheese and/or bacon on my sandwich or if I wanted to upsize to medium or large. She was rude and obviously can not take the pressure to talk to customers and upsell/upsize. After my order, I waited for my food and quietly watched her interact with the next customer. And again, she had an attitude and never upselled, upsized or even ask if they wanted it to go or not. Deborah should be in the back either on main or speciality board or even doing dishes where she will be away from customers because she can not talk to...
Read moreI was at this location on 8/23/2025 and there was a crew member working the front counter a out 6foot with tatooes dark hair and seeing and jimmy was the manager im describing him because because they would not give me his name to report him to cooperate I order two number 2 meals large with cheese no mayo and two chocolate hersey pies which came to 40.87 they guy i described when ordering was rolling his eyes.my order took 26 minutes to get back to me and when i got my order my fries where warm not hot I asked him to remake my order there was no cheese on my burger and to make me some hot fries and he told me he wasn't dealing with me and waved his hand when I asked his name he said my name was bye bye and waved his hand and was very loud and disrespectful arguing with me when I asked for his manager he refused and kept telling me bye bye I asked him to give me my money back and he refused the manager finally came but I asked him to give me my money back but they just remade the meal that I didn't want after the rudeness it was my first time there and my last time I would not recommend the soomter...
Read moreMight as well put away your coupons and any app that you happen to have because this Burger King will not honor any specials or deals or any pricing advertise. commercials they do what the hell they want to do.... They overcharge for limited menu products that are sub par for Burger King. When you see participation varies on varies on any coupon you can guarantee they will not honor it. Even the Burger King app on your phone will not work with this location because they are in such violation of all standards that all other Burger kings follow. You're better getting off the expressway paying the toll going to a local Burger King and supporting the local economy, and then getting back on the expressway then going to this...
