I started this out with only one star, and if I could have given it no stars I would have when I started this. The reason I have changed this is because the Manager just called me from the store, to say sorry, and offered to buy our food. That was very nice of him. Yes I should give more stars, but I want to make others aware of their app, and the problem I had with it. Also how their own Corporation handled the situation. I am disabled, and love to order online. I went to their website online. And was able to make a account, and make a order. I called the store to make sure I was doing right, because I wanted my husband to pick it up for me. All good so far. After I tried to purchase it I got a order error?I didn't know what that was, so my husband went to the store to correct it. At that same time I got a notice, that my credit card had been charged. My husband got to the store, and found out the reason there was an error, was because the app I used, is for mobile phones! No where does it say that on the website. The reason (I think) is I have windows 10, which downloads apps on it just like your phones do. When I talked to Corporate, and explained this, basically it was all my fault. No responsibility taken for this problem at all. Which I am sure I am not the only one. They have a third party who takes care of the app for them, so they don't believe it is their problem??? Yes I said it. I would believe it but like I said before the manager just called me to make amends, and I do appreciate him for this.It is not the actual stores fault, and I do see how they can not give out food, without the actual receipt. A simple fix of their website would help this kind of situation, but Corporate did not state they would even report this. I feel sorry for the store here in Taylor, because if this keeps happening they will lose business, and we are a small town. So just be sure if you use the app at home, it needs to be used on your phone, to "Check In", or they do not get your order. Also just a note make sure you have the right store to.    Read moreTried going through drive thru, no one on speaker. Went inside where the manager asked if that was us. She made an excuse. We ordered our food and sat down. A single man came in and ordered. Then an older couple came in and ordered and sat down. One of the workers went on break and sat in the lobby. About 30 seconds after he sat down one of the other workers called him up for his food. Hmm. I've been sitting here 10 minutes without food. Single guy then gets his food. Hmm. Still waiting for my order. One of the workers comes out with my food and says "here is 2 orders is cinnamon twists for the wait". OK cool. My chalupa was cold. Another guy came in and ordered and waited. When he got his food, something was missing and when he asked about it, there was a long drawn out discussion about why he didnt get the item. They were just gonna let him walk out without having his full order. There was only one guy in there when we walked in. Three cars came and went through the drive thru before we got our order.    Read moreNot sure what changed, but the service here has gone way down over the last couple months. If they want everyone to use the kiosks then they need to have a sign up saying so. Several times I have seen people up front standing, waiting to give their order and they are just completely ignored. Today, there was a lady with a young child and a baby in her arms. She stood at the front for a very long time, waiting. She then saw someone go to the kiosk and order, so she did also. I could see that she was struggling while holding the baby and trying to put her order in. I wanted to go ask her if I could hold her baby for her while she finished but I thought that would be weird lol When my husband went up to get our food, the worker turned and left before he could ask him for our drink cup and had to wait a while until he could get someone's attention. While he was waiting, another customer standing there looked over and said "They're not big on customer service are they?" Since there are not many choices for food up here, I sincerely hope...
