My friend and I are both local business owners. We have eaten here many times together and with other friends. The service has been between cold and friendly, depending on the occasion. Today was a different experience. The waitress was not rude but didn't communicate well. She didn't ask questions, but rather made statements. I paid close attention to what she said because of this style of communication. Ultimately, The wrong order was brought to my friend. It was brought by the female owner. When my friend told her we didn't order one of the plates, she didn't ask any questions, just took it from the table. A few mins later my friend saw the owner and said "I believe the order was just incorrect, and this is what I ordered" The owner said from two tables a way in a very loud voice "my waitress's ALWAYS read back the order, you have to listen to my waitresses!". My friend was calm and soft spoken but the owner continued to blame my friend for being the issue. After several loud accusations I told the owner that waitress did not read back our order and that we arent going to be accused of lying. The owner yelled at this point "I am done talking to you!" and left the Seating area. Disturbed by her obvious mental health issues, We ate our food, and went to pay. Note: My friend did not get her other half of her order and still left a tip because thats just the kind of woman she is and why she is my friend, because of her heart. At the register, the owner took our payment. I told the owner that mistakes were human and that the wrong order wasnt a big deal but that the way she spoke to my friend was not acceptable. I said it calmly. She repeated even louder everything she said before, blaming us both now for not reading the menu or listening to her waitress. She was yelling now to a full restaurant that we were Karen's although we hadn't raised our voices and telling us we could never return to her restaurant and then yelled to the full restaurant how sorry she was for OUR disturbance.

Please read all the other one star feedback reports. you will see a pattern of a short haired woman being rude and aggressive to customers. she is obviously imbalanced and lacks the grace and skills to care for her customers or correct problems caused by her staff. She also doesn't understand the domino effect of word of mouth in a small community. There are levels of bad service, and this level has to be shared to prevent more community members from...

This was my second visit to this establishment, the first experience was satisfactory and the food was decent but hospitality was sub par. Waitress was cold and demanding, I don’t expect people to be overly friendly but at least be cordial and accommodating. Menu pricing was extremely deceptive. They state dishes and other items can be $1-$3 more then what’s reflected on the menu, this type of practice is pure greed and unprofessional. If you need to increase prices on your menu items simply reprint your menu with the adjusted price don’t pick and choose pricing based on how good or bad your business does day to day. My second visit was only 5 minutes prior to walking out. I arrived at 7:30pm and were told that I can eat but we had to be done by 8pm because they were closing early. Nothing on the door indicated closing early and the sign on the door clearly stated they closed at 10pm. I inquired as to why they were closing early and was told they had a long day. I can agree with that sentiment but as a business you have some obligation to doing your job and taking care of your customers. I knew what dish I was going to eat so I ask to be seated. Once I was seated I was told that I needed to get my order in at this point I hadn’t even opened the menu as I planned on getting some type of sushi. I asked if I could have 2 minutes to quick look over the menu and as I started to open the menu the waitress jerked the menu from my hands and demanded what I was going to order. I told her to give me the menu back so I could make a decision she then retorted with if I don’t order she will have the owner come out. To this day I really don’t understand what that even meant, it reminded me of when I was in 7th grade and my mom would say you better get this done before dad gets home. At this point I was done exchanging dialogue with someone of her caliber and stood up and walked out. As I was leaving she smiled at me and told me to have a good night. This business clearly could care less about the customers and hospitality as this behavior was demonstrated on 2 separate occasions. When small town business have no other direct competition they tend to think they can do whatever they like with little recourse. This is the only Chinese food in the area and is adequate with some bright spots on the menu. I could never go to this poorly run business again. It’s sad to think they can treat people so poorly and expect them to spend your hard earned money on hostile service and...

We live approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from this restaurant. We only make it over to that area about once a month or so. We were surprised to find an Asian bistro that served such amazing food and had such great service during our first on a Sunday afternoon during the lunch hours.

Our second visit wasn’t so amazing on a Saturday evening during the dinner hour,

the food was still outstanding but the service left much to be desired. The waitress took our drink order and immediately brought us back water, We had to request our original drink order two more times before actually receiving it.

Our entrées were brought out approximately five minutes apart from one another. When we requested for the second entrée to be brought out the waitress simply glanced over and said it’s coming with zero explanation or concern

When we had finished our meal and had requested a to go box, instead the waitress returned with our check.

After paying the bill at the table and exiting the restaurant we said good night to the hostess who in return said Good night and then proceeded to loudly and inappropriately ask the waitress “have they already paid their check”

Although the food was amazing on both of our experiences the service left much to be desired on the second and this leaves us very confused on whether or not we would...

I came here as it was recommended by someone who, at this point, probably would like to see me get food poisoning. I did not die eating here (sorry, LOL) but I did enjoy Asian cuisine. I was told the spicy mango chicken was fantastic but I would beg to differ. It wasn't really fantastic. It was okay. The underlying ketchup taste was rather off putting to me. On the other hand their general's chicken really is fantastic. The spicy mango chicken was definitely not worth the drive. Good thing I came here for other reasons too.

Good sushi and drinks. Friendly and understanding staff. We were passing through Taylor on Labor Day and saw they were open. Wife got the Taylor roll which she said was better than the roll she gets in Phoenix all the time. I got a sake bomb with better than average house sake, salmon sushi, and miso. Good atmosphere and plenty of parking. Same meal one year later and still delicious and satisfying. Edema, Salmon nigiri, and a sake bomb. If you like sushi and are passing through Taylor it's worth a visit.

I tried to call and order for takeout at 7:40 pm. The listing on Google said that the restaurant closed at 8 pm. The phone rang and rang and rang (I called 3 times with each call being disconnected after about 10 to 15 rings). 20 minutes before closing and no answer to at least say sorry we are not taking orders at this time. I will never attempt to do business there again! How can businesses in this area think that they can continue to stay alive with such terrible customer service? Unacceptable!
