I'm May my husband and I went with friends of ours for my friends birthday. The food and service was great. They sang happy birthday to my friend and brought her desert.
We just got back from there for my husband's birthday and I have never been so upset. I had to turn the fans on to help cool the place down. My friend had to go get silverware for all of us. My husband had to go ask for more chips and salsa. I had to go ask for a refill on my drink and get my husband another beer. No one came to our table to see if we needed anything the entire time we were there. When we were finished eating the waitress came to our table with the check. We told her we wanted desert. Nothing for my husband as far as a song or desert for him. When I gave the waitress my card to pay, she screwed up and had to make 2 separate charges for the total.
I won't be back. Worst...
Read moreIf you're craving Mexican food in the area, this place should scratch that itch. The interior looks nice and clean, with nice decorations all around. The employees are nice and nice around pretty quickly to serve you. My wife chose a burrito and I had a fajita plate. The fajitas were ok, I wish they could have had a little more flavor. The beans and rice were good, the beans tasted homemade, but the rice was possibly premade. My wife's burrito was really good. It has more flavor than the fajitas, and it was pretty big.
The only real complaint I have was that we ordered an horchata and Jamaica (not on the menu) and they were both clearly from a really bad powder mix. They both tastes really weird, and nothing like they should have. Also, it seems like a cool place to get a drink with friends, but it...

We had gone once before and for 19 dollars we got 2 tacos and a burrito. The burrito was just ok and the tacos were subpar.
The service was a different story. The lady in front, who I think is the owner was very cold and unfriendly to me. I noticed that wasn't the case with their older, seemingly middle class white patrons. They were very warm and welcoming to them. I felt unwelcome, even as a paying customer.
Speaking of being a paying customer, as far as Mexican food is concerned they are on the pricier side, which wouldn't be so bad if they were kind to all their guests instead of just a certain...
