Don't place an order online, they don't make it until you get there, even though you paid already online. When you get there, they tell you they had too many customers and not enough staff to fill the order.
I said, "You should have made my order that was placed 30 minutes ago, before the customer who just came in front of me, that's only fair."
They said, "Our boss tells us to take care of the people in front of us first, even if there's older online orders." I said that's not fair, they shrugged.

Read more1 person working on a Friday night! The employee was working on a online order when I walked in around 6PM. Started my order as well as finished the online order. Online orders coming in sounding the alarm while people were lined up almost to the door. I felt so bad for this employee. The employee advised that, they worked alone every night that they are scheduled. This is so wrong!! I don't know who this Franchise owner is but this won't make your business grow. Also, they don't take the coupons that I had because it causes them to loose money. Lost...

ALSO, The prices were notably higher than other Subways... Close to TWO DOLLARS HIGHER... At ~ nine dollars for a simple turkey foot long without cheese .. way too high. The price gouging is what made all the above much more irritating.
