Arby's — Restaurant in Tennessee

This Arby's inside a Love's Truck Stop was horrible in so many ways. Employees did not look presentable and they could care less about customers. I stood in line for about 6 min while 6 employees went back and forth the counter. No one bothered to say hello or anything to address the ONLY customer in line. They were more focus on chatting, getting their personal drinks, running to get coffee at Love's, and clocking out of shift in front of me.

I also noticed none of the staff were washing their hands after doing whatever they were doing. One woman in a ponytail, with a back brace and drive thru headphones, ran to get coffee at Love's, then walked past me, joking with employees and went to the back without acknowledging me. She also did not look presentable and didn't showered at all.

I felt disgusted at the store, especially with the pandemic we currently have. I will visit the Love's store for gasoline but would never go back to this Arby's.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Arby's-Love's...

As a trucker, there's no question for my love & loyalty to Love's, HOWEVER there are few restaurants in ANY truck stop worth reviewing...they're usually run of the mill stuff. THESE guys right here, have TOTALLY raised the bar, though! We've only been in a couple times, & the food & service were what you'd expect. What FLOORED me, was that they REMEMBERED my son & me on our SECOND visit. The 1st visit, I was working on laundry & my son was headed back to the truck. We asked for our meals to be bagged separately because of this. That 2nd visit, they asked if we needed our meals bagged separately again! WHOA! Talk about attention to detail. PLUS we have NEVER EVER had our order put together wrong, combine the smiles, hard work, & attention to detail that the WHOLE CREW puts in, & THAT makes this the best...

Stopped into Arby's tonight after getting a shower on the truckstop side and was served by Alex. I was surprised at the cost of a French Dip and Alex immediately suggested that I hear the special items that Arby's is currently offering. I decided to go with the 2 Beef and Cheddar sandwiches and commented that my dog will be happy with his own sandwich, he loves Arby's. Alex asked if I wanted the bun since the sandwich was for my dog. Since I didn't the meat and cheese was put into a dish for him. The young lady preparing the food was very nice too, but I failed to get her name. I have been an Arby's fan for years. Service like this is superb and will keep me...
