Crossroads Cafe — Restaurant in Tennessee

Wouldn’t recommend, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and showed no consideration!!!! She made it very clear that the only thing she was worried about was going home even though we were in before closing she had no interest in making anything else that day, turned the menu off as we were standing there looking at it trying to figure out what my daughter wanted to eat. Why put a closing time up if your going to close before that time and especially when you have customers standing there waiting to order??? Then when I ask I get a rude response and stared at like I asked her to run a marathon backwards. Horrible attitudes and customer service, but if your a local that went to high school with the whole family I’m sure you get treated great and love this place but if not my advice is to go out of your way and find somewhere that you’ll get treated decent and some consideration. Great customer service, clean facility delicious, adequate close parking AND delicious burgers n crispy seasoned crinkle cut fries! Yummy highly recommend for a quick cb burger/fries order!!! Update: Friday Jan 2025 ordered 2 fully dressed cheeseburgers expecting great CB! The meat was a pale thin Mcdonaldslike patty. Not real burger patties! TASTELESS, and awful! Neither of us could finish even half our burgers!!! The cat wouldn't even lick them! The French fries were ok, we ate them, this was our meal. This one blew me away. I had reservations because it is in a gas station/convenience store kind of place. It has a nice area for dining in even though I got my food to go. I was expecting a small burger due to the price and I was pleasantly surprised. 😀 It was a big burger. I chose an egg roll for a side (strange combination, I know) and it was crunchy on the outside and so delicious. The prices were excellent. I got the cheeseburger, egg roll, and a bottle of soda for $10! It would have been cheaper if I had gone for a fountain drink instead of the bottle.
