Good food, good service. Los Poblabos does a good job of having you leave with a full stomach, but lacks when it comes to authenticity. I heard great things about this place and finally decided to check it out. I was pleased that the menu included a lot of authentic Mexican dishes, but the execution was lacklustre.

When I first arrived, I sat myself and was immediately brought complimentary chips and salsa. Soon after, the waitress came by and got my drink order; my beer came out in minutes and was pleasantly cold. No complaints thus far. I was recommended to try the Tacos El Pastor, an excellent choice. The tacos came out in under ten minutes, served with 3 limes, salsa, beans and rice. The meat was well seasoned, and the garnish of cilantro, onion, lime and verde salsa made for a very enjoyable experience. The beans and rice, however, were the standard fare: bland and under-seasoned.

Although the food was delicious, it didn't really set Los Poblanos apart from the other Mexican restaurants in the area. The price was fair and the decor was pleasant. I really think Los Poblanos could improve by embracing authentic Mexican cuisine, instead of under-seasoning their food.

My experience was overall good, but not excellent. If you like other Mexican restaurants in the area, you should definitely give Los...

My wife called in a order for a beef fajita taco salad ,I thought the price was a little high (but whatever it takes to make the wife happy) when I went in to pick up the order the owners kids were running around everywhere. The cash register was unattended, I had to wait almost 10 minutes just to get the order. I had my wife check the order to make sure it was correct (good thing I did) the beef fajita taco salad consisted only a few stips of beef, lettuce , and a couple of thin slices of onion. There was no type of dip for the chips. She called them and complained about the order. When I went back in the kids were still running wild, multiple times a staff member walked right past me not even acknowledging that I was there. Finally after a almost 15 minute wait someone asked if they could help me. I explained that my wife had called in a order and was unhappy about it and had called back and was told to bring the order back in and it would fixed. Well, after about 20 minutes I was gave the replacement order which surpriselying was smaller and they only added a small serving of sour cream! I will NOT being going back to there! Next time we're over around Benton and she gets hungry, I'll...

We were so excited to see this come in by our house. We do not have many restaurants around us. We went to try them today and we will NOT be going back. There were only 4 tables taken when we went in 2 of the tables were already eating. We set down we order food and dip. Took 15 min for the dip to come out ..ok.... we waited another 40 min on food that never came. ( if it were packed out I would understand that) we go to the lady at the check out (now an hour in) and let her know how long we had been waiting and that we just wanted to now pay for the dip and drinks we had. And that we had not seen the server since he took our order. She came back (always being nice) and say some times there are problems in The kitchen. (That would have been fine had the server had of just said so) we were nothard to please. We were not made pay for our dip or drinks. I do feel they should at least talk and show their faces at the table more often. You can't just leave them hanging and expect people to be ok. Good service is a must. And as far as taste of food we have no clue. That was invisible. My one star rating is only because I...

I appreciate the way the staff handles their customers. Apparently cheese evaporates and becomes invisible if they don’t want to put it on your food also the items that are supposed to be with your food magically disappear too. If you call to ask about it they are magicians and you just didn’t realize you ordered food from a funhouse. Manager refused to fix anything which is all we asked for. But hey I guess $100 for the wrong food is better than the food poisoning I got last time! We won’t be back and I’m glad my bank allows charge backs! We will drive elsewhere for GOOD food and CUSTOMER SERVICE! And no it’s not a Karen moment I was very polite until they completely insulted us for their mess up! Mistakes happen, but do better! Look at all that melted cheese!

Went last night, now our waiter seemed to be new. But ordered one margarita they brought two trying to upsale I guess. Then I ordered and got a chicken chimichanga, it was no longer than my index finger and was supposed to come with salad and rice, but came with beans. Then they brought another one out and it was made with beef. Let's just say I didn't get to eat dinner last night. I can just say I have been eating here for the last 3 years, and it seems it has went way down in service.
