No one responded at drive thru. Assuming they must have been on break I waited at drive thru for a while then finally pulled up to the window and saw no one. I honked my horn, still no one appeared. I finally called them on the phone. They said that they stop taking drive thru orders at 9. So my question to him was why do they still have the lights.on for the menu, also why is there no sign that says inside order only after 9 and for Pete's sake why couldn't he have told me using the speaker that I had to come inside? His reply was that they haven't changed their sign yet. I told him that there was someone else behind me a drive thru and asked him if he told them they had to come in and he said not yet. He never did. How much business is Subway losing because of this lack of awareness or unwillingness to help customers? If you are open until 10 then provide appropriate service until then if you want to stop serving at 9 then turn off your lights...
Read moreWe stopped at the Subway in Hampton. The subs were yummy but I was Very Disappointed in the man that worked the register... I took in a coupon for 3 footlong subs for $17.99, while I was adding my toppings I went ahead and handed the man my coupon While I Wasn't Paying Attention the man switched coupons on me and gave me a total that was a deal for 2 subs then charged me full price for the 3rd bringing my total to $30.00... when I questioned the total he showed me the coupon I "handed him" NOT catching the switch in that second I just told my son to go out and rip the last one I had off the flyer.. THEN the guy charged me for a small drink (that we did get) but also for a refill that we Didn't get.. To some this might be a crazy complaint but it REALLY Bothers me how Dishonest that man was.. SO WATCH OUT FOR THE SHORT GUY WITH TATTOOS & KINDA SMART ATTITUDE...
Read moreSat at the drive thru behind another vehicle. Sat around 5 minutes and I pulled around to see if the car in front of me had an actual person in it. There was. I decided to go in to find 2 people ahead of me and only one worker. By the time the customer in front of me started her order, they were 5 behind me. The customer ahead of me alone ordered 6 or 7 footlongs (which were all different), and 3 soups. While I stood in line waiting to place my order, one customer left, and the car from the drive thru eventually left, plus a tow truck as well from the drive thru. You need more than one worker working. He couldn't do drive thru at all. What's the point of having a drive thru if you're employees don't work it? I shouldn't had to have stand for 20 minutes, if not longer to get to me when you should have 2 workers during the busy...
