Called in to place a to go order and the girl who answered the phone put me on hold so after a few minutes I called back, the girl then told me after I placed my order that in the future if I would not call back after being put on hold because it makes things harder because she has to walk back and forth to enter the phone and place orders and I told her I called back because I was on hold too long and she proceeded to tell me again not to call back like that because it makes things harder for me and her and then she hung up on me horrible customer...

I was appaled when I saw a couple 1 star ratings.. I read through them and hate that anyone had a bad experience BUT we've had nothing less than wonderful experiences here. The owner is so friendly and respectful. The staff are always polite and super helpful. We typically get subs (the Italian and the chicken bacon ranch are our favorite- you can ask for a wrap too if you prefer) but they also have pizza and wings, both of which are delicious.
