Pizza Mia — Restaurant in Tewksbury

I love these guys. They make awesome food for what you pay everytime. Try the gold fever fingers. Amazing!! :D GREAT FRIES best I've had in ages. Im getting my order down perfectly next time lol I tried asking them to throw the chicken and the sauce on top of my fries this time. Usually they seperate the chicken from the fries using some tinfoil. Anyway I asked them to put the chicken and some of the sauce directly on top of the fries. But they didnt put as much sauce in as they usually do when they put it in the tinfoil. They still put some sauce like on the chicken, but I was hoping to get a little more for those amazing fries. Probably because they were worried about how it would arrive by the time it got to me. Me being right next door, it wasnt soggy at all and I could tell it could have taken more sauce with no problems besides calories. I mean lets face it, its fried food lol. Anyway, I will be sure to mention it and ask them nicely if they can put a little extra sauce for the fries as well. Cuz usually when they put the chicken in the tinfoil, theres loads of that amazing sauce. Again I think they were worried it'd get soggy. But hey I understand. No problem here it was still really good. Hey btw just so anyone actually still reading at this point knows, you only get 4 pieces of chicken for the chicken finger dinners. Im sure you could ask for more and they would charge you a little extra, and I AM NOT COMPLAINING about this I am just pointing it out so people know what to expect so everything is right the first try. Its like, $10 for the gold fever chicken finger dinner with free delivery. So $11 if your a good person and tip your delivery people (the ones for pizza mia are cool). Anyway I'll be damned if those 4 decent sized chicken tenders arent some of the best fried chicken for my dollar value ever. Again, get the "gold fever finger dinner" lol its the best! They give you a MOUNTAIN of fries with your 4 decent size tenders, and then it normally comes with their coleslaw (i think they make it themselves Im asking them next time I order here its good) and fresh salad. I say FRESH SALAD because it literally is as fresh as can be. The salad is like a house salad, complete with olive, tomato, green bell pepper slice, onion slices and yes of course lettuce. They give you some interesting dressing for it (again Im assuming they make it themselves) but I'm sure you can get like ranch or whatever if you really dont like veggies or their dressing. But let me tell you, these are good, fresh vegetables what these guys are serving here. I dont even put their dressing on it until Ive eaten everything but the lettuce. The veggies are literally that fresh that I really enjoy them, and trust me I almost never can eat veggies like this. I noticed a significant difference between theirs and the veggies served at other similar establishments. Again, its all for literally $10 or $11 with tip lol. I couldnt help but notice this, and I honestly dont even care much for vegetables personally! Yet when I eat here I always eat my veggies! :)

This place is one of my favorite places to eat. Ive only recently started eating here, but the 3 or 4 times I've ordered here (so far) its been AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE and A PLEASURE to eat at for me. The staff are friendly, and do their jobs efficiently and professionally. I cannot give this place a more enthusiastic review! They have given me nothing but the best possible service, and the best possible food for my money. Seeing as they have always gone the extra mile for me when it came to my food and ordering experience, I thought I would go the extra mile and post a lengthy review explaining just how good I feel this place is.

Eat here. You will not regret it. You may gain weight depending on what you get. But you will...

1. We hired Pizza Mia to cater a BBQ in our backyard. Brian came fully prepared including his own grill, mini grill (to keep vegetarian food separate), table, and everything you could possibly think of. He came back later on to clean up and take his items back. The food was perfectly cooked and presented. Everyone raved about the grilled chicken and steak tips. The burgers, dogs, and salads were also delicious. The cost was very fair and not having to grill or make salads was priceless.

Pizza Mia was responsive and able to accommodate last minute changes. They were super laid back and made the process seamless. Look no further if you are thinking about using Pizza Mia for an event.

2. The Pizza Hands down our favorite pizza in Tewksbury. The dough, the sauce, and the toppings 🧑‍🍳 💋 We order pizza from Pizza Mia for takeout a couple times a month and it never diappoints. After our great experiences I ordered pizza to host my son’s soccer team. Pizza Mia supports Tewksbury althletic teams and gave me a nice discount. The pizza was great, the parents and kids were happy!

Small place with takeout only. But that don't matter as long as the pizza is good, and guess what? It's good!

Sauce is neither sweet nor acidic. Perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor. Cheese is soft, melty, and gooey. The extra cheese, despite the looks, wasn't even greasy. Which says it's a quality cheese.

The pies could have been cooked a little longer, but by no means was it undercooked. The dough was perfect as well.

The staff hustled and bustled, and aside from the constantly ringing phone, you could hear a pin drop. They guys have a system, and are a well oiled machine.

Are there better pizzas out there? Ultimately it all comes down to preference. Would I devour this pizza again?...
