Main Street Sports Grille — Restaurant in Tewksbury

Perfect halfway spot between Manchester NH and Boston. We met up with my wife's sister and husband here. Everybody loved their food and even though it was only one girl working the bar and tables, she provided excellent service. I got the Nashville hot fried chicken sandwich and the hot sauce was great, it had that Nashville hot flavor but not overpowering. My wife got the chicken bacon ranch and she thought it was very good, chicken was crispy and just right amount of ranch. Ordered food at 640p, came out wrong, server said he would take care of it. An hour later still no food - couldn’t find male server, asked female server to check on food - 755pm, no food, entire table done with meals - finally flagged down male server and asked him to cancel the order as it’s been over an hour - he said ok and walked away. Came back 15 minutes later with food, I explained I asked him to cancel it as everyone else was done eating - he replied, “whatever” and walked away - will gladly go to one of the other local restaurants that actually cares about...

Went there for dinner around 730 was told the grill was going to close around 815-830 okay no problem! Ordered a few apps and ate those then 8pm rolls around now we want to order dinner, oh no the grill is closed can’t do 90% of the menu…wouldn’t have been a big deal if we weren’t just told that it was open til 815-830..the guy did say he misunderstood us and was sorry but that’s just ridiculous why would you close a grill at 8 when your open til 930 and already told people they had til 815-830 ?
