Wicked Cheesy — Restaurant in Tewksbury

First time customers, who were very excited to try Wicked Cheesy as it had good reviews. Placed order over the phone. Girl who took the call was friendly and prompt. That's when everything went down. We waited almost an hour for our delivery. We googled it, and we live 7 minutes away. When our pizza finally arrived, I opened the box to see we had the wrong pizza. We ordered one cheese with extra sauce, a White Mountain, and chicken fingers with side of ranch. The White Mountain Pizza was totally wrong. We received a pizza with eggplant, black lives, onion, peppers, and I don't know what else. Apparently is was a different specialty pizza, and not one we had ordered. We called and were told they were going to contact the delivery driver and have him deliver the correct pizza. We also got blue cheese instead of ranch sauce, and the pizza did not have extra sauce, just a seemingly normal amount. At that point, we were hungry and a little annoyed, so we decided to drive to the place and return everything. I guess the delivery driver had given us someone else's pizza, and given ours to a different customer. We brought back our pizzas and were given our money back, but were offered nothing else. We ate the tip money we gave to the driver. Long story short, first time customers who were very disappointed with their experience from a seemingly high-rated place. Will not be returning. We can get a delicious pizza with great customer service for a cheaper price ($34 for two pizza's and chicken, not including tip)...

Tried it twice, for delivery. The first time, it was so greasy and over cooked that no one was impressed. Tried it the second time because we had only been in town a few days and didn't know of others. I called and the girl who answered was completely ignorant. She clearly knew nothing about what they even served and when I asked a question, she handed the phone to someone else and told her that she could handle it because I was f*ing annoying. I literally had maybe 3 questions, which doesn't seem unrealistic since I was going to be spending my money there. I told her I could hear the other female and that I would take my business elsewhere. I did, Sal's pizza is much better. Taste better, no rude people to deal with and delivery...

Love the name and the options on the menu. They earn a star for the flavor of the bbq chicken filling and a star for being fairly friendly. However, the website promises a 10% discount for your first online order...but it never happens. When I pointed that out to them, they didn't offer to fix it for me. I ordered the Jax bbq chicken Wicked Sticks and the Gold Fever Wicked Sticks. They didn't look anything like the menu pics, but instead were large balls of dough. The filling was tasty, but the dough balls were barely half-cooked. I threw away more raw dough than the cooked dough that I ate. The order also took about 15 minutes longer than the time given when I placed the order, so I had to wait....
